Excellent service all round, from initial contact with customer service (via enquiry form) to ask details about the measurement units for my test, to final presentation of results. Super fast turnaround time; less than 36 hours from taking sample at home to getting full results. Really comprehensive written analysis of results provided to support information on the dashboard. I wanted to check my bloods a couple of months before having surgery. I wanted to build my own personal test , the information provided by forth made this easy. I did find it difficult to extract the blood from myself even with all the hints and tips provided , due to this the blood I provided wasn't suitable. Forth offered me a second test at a significant price reduction. I did seek help with the second test, this went smoothly. My results came back really quickly into your app with a full breakdown and lots of advice on how to improve the results, fortunately I didn't need to improve anything, but it has gave me peace of mind. You can also chat with one of their GPS at an additional cost. It was a all round good experience using forth.

Thought I would struggle to make enough blood samples just through pricking my fingers as I have always struggled with blood flow during blood donation. However in the kit they provided multiple pricking kits and tips on how to best maximize blood collection. The process was straightforward and simple. I got my results within 2 days (returned samples Monday, received results Wednesday). I really like that my test is customisable so I can just pick whatever I want to get tested on.

Getting enough blood from a fingerprick can feel daunting if you've had difficulty before, so we always make sure the kit includes everything you need to make it as easy as possible. Two days from sample to results is exactly what we aim for, and we're really pleased that came through for you.

The blood drawing part of it just…
The blood drawing part of it just didn't work. They sent a second kit with some more suggestions beyond what was in the standard kit guidance, so they were helpful in that respect but it still didn't work adequately. I don't know how many people this part of it actually works for but i'd be surprised if I was the only one with this problem. I've cancelled and put it down to experience. Spoke to my GP and he got me a blood test, which i should have done in the first place tbh.

Ordered a test kit for home, but because I was ill and then changed my mind about doing this it had passed 24 days so I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded, I was expecting £10 to be deducted which I accepted as the kit had been delivered but then was told I can't have a refund at all due to terms. This was not stated when ordering.

Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined within our Terms & Conditions, which are presented and accepted during the checkout process before an order is placed.
In line with UK consumer legislation, orders placed online are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period.
Unfortunately, as your cancellation request was received after this period had passed, we were unable to issue a refund in accordance with both our policy and consumer regulations.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
I purchased my test after being assured there was plenty of availability for blood draw appointments. Once I had paid, I discovered there was no suitable availability. Forth also sent me the wrong test kit.
Because my hormone test had to be taken within a specific time window, I had no choice but to arrange and pay for my own blood draw. Forth later offered a complimentary home visit but refused to reimburse the cost I had already incurred, despite acknowledging the issues I had experienced.
Throughout the process I dealt with repeated delays, poor communication, technical issues accessing my results, and had to constantly chase for updates. The clinician interpretation I paid for consisted of just a single generic sentence, with no meaningful explanation, recommendations, or next steps.
I raised a formal complaint which was escalated to senior management, but they refused to offer any refund or goodwill gesture, focusing only on the fact that the laboratory testing had been completed rather than addressing the poor customer experience.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Forth.

We appreciate that your testing was time-sensitive, and throughout your journey we worked to support you by splitting your order at no additional cost, arranging a complimentary phlebotomy appointment, liaising directly with our phlebotomy provider to secure an appointment within your required timeframe, and obtaining further clinical review from our Medical Team following your results.
Following a comprehensive review by our Senior Management Team, we concluded that the testing service had been delivered successfully and that a number of additional goodwill measures had already been provided.
For this reason, we were unable to offer a refund, and this decision was communicated as our final response through our formal complaints process.
While we appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, we do thank you for your feedback. It has been shared internally and will be considered as part of our ongoing efforts to improve both our service and our customer experience.
I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. The tests are expensive and I sent 6 blood samples, 3 initial and 3 retests that were sent out by customer service. All 6 samples Forth said were either unusable or get couldn't get the full bio marker results. Customer Service is pretty basic with generic advice, probably AI responses where they just keep offering to send me more replacement kits at a discounted price. To summarise my advice is don't use this company, a complete waste of my time and money.

Throughout your testing journey, we sent several replacement kits completely free of charge and shared as much collection guidance as we could to try and help improve the sample quality. Unfortunately, despite everyone's best efforts, finger-prick testing isn't suitable for everyone.

Great product and efficient service. Easy to understand your results and very informative. Nice that you can tailor your test for additional markers. Packaging is discrete and the kit is well packaged for cleanliness and has the extra bits you would need post finger prick (wipes, plasters).
