My dog seems to like them, he reacts to the smell and I assume the taste, I haven’t eaten any!

Sadly a lot of the free gifts (which this was) are useless to my dog because she has a chicken allergy. It's a shame there's usually no option to swap out anything under those circumstances. However, all the chicken free things we have ever had are spot on and we never have any issues with quality or anything from forthglade
