They answer the phone when you call, email documents of every step. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they say you ge what you pay for. I’ll wait until I see them in action where it really counts. Selling my product. I’ll review again at the end. So far FIVE BIG STARS.

I had my reservations but this company was upfront and honest right from the start. I submitted my initial idea and their honest guidance, I decided to do a more in-depth research. I paid the first fee and they presented me very valuable information. In the end, they recommended I not pursue a patent, they believed getting a patent would be unlikely. Although I was disappointed I totally respect, I was impressed that they weren't just about the money. They provided me great feedback and most importantly they were honest throughout the process.
