Ordered pleaser boots. £130 quid down the drain. boots arrived,didnt fit, return page on website, says to email to start the return within so mmay days etc. which I did,in time. Had no reply at all. Was not posting expensive boots back to an adress that has not confirmed return. Loose the boots and the mlmey..no thanks. Shoddy customer setvice. Window has now closed for return. Still not heard back. Would nit recommend them. Ill neber purchase feom them again..Left with 130 quid boots I cant use. Thanks love to shop!

We had no communication from this customer until we received this review. We contacted the customer to apologise and asked her to return the product for a refund.
Product was sent back to us and refund was done instantly
Second time round...
The 4 star is for getting the right boots the second time. After buying the right shoes, the first time I got the parcel they were the wrong boots.
However the seller owned up, and the following week I got the correct pair and sent the boots that weren't mine back to the seller.
The correct boots I ordered however are absolutely perfect, fit well and are a breeze to walk in.

I had an excellent experience with this company, the shoes I had originally ordered and paid for where currently out of stock, so the person offered to send me another pair basically the exact same, and also send me another beautiful pair of pleasers complimentary with no extra cost! I was happy about this :) good and honest customer service

I have not received my item
I have not received my item, told dan countless times, he did say i was going to get a refund, but im still waiting on my refund, its not my fault that RM must have put it in the wrong garden, someone obviously has taken it, thats not my problem or is it my fault

After looking in to this the tracking GPS was the customers address - the customer had requested the item to be left in 'Safe Place'. We cannot be held responsible when this is requested.
On this occasion a refund was processed to the customer

Really Amazing Customer Service (Like wow)
I ordered an item from their website and was contacted by the seller to let me know that the item was out of stock. They offered me an alternative instead, and we communicated from around 11 pm to almost midnight. The customer service was absolutely excellent—very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I really appreciate the seller’s support and the time he took to help me out, also the deals on the site are fantastic. Cheers to Dan, Thanks for the help! It was 10/10!
