Tried the women's tshirt on and immediately felt pulled in and aligned. As someone with a lifelong history of bad posture, the shift was instantaneous.

Just tried on Forme, and I am loving the innovation and technology in all their athletic wear. I see the difference right away with my posture, and love that my body is feeling more aligned and alive. You can tell the difference in posture from multiple muscle groups, and breathing has been a lot easier when wearing Forme products! Amazing purchase, and I recommend it to everyone!

Terrible. Ordered a size, was too small, exchanged for the next size up, still too small. Weird cause the first one if true to size should've fit. Not allowed to exchange again and charged $18.00 for return. Absolute robbery! Bra is close to $200. Got caught up in freaking social media bullshit. Don't buy it!

Apparently there are no returns or exchanges. For such a high priced item I’m shocked. Mine fit like a tourniquet, but I’m out of luck to get a larger size. I suppose they’re fine if you’re a size 2 and have no breasts. Don’t waste your money if you’re not.

I'm standing up straighter! Since wearing the Forme Power+ bra, it's helping me with my back pain (I tend to slump and round my shoulders) and this is giving me better posture and overall better alignment.
The end results: I'm standing up straighter, my body is more aligned, and it's even helping with my neck wrinkles! What a great product - I want more women to know about this!

I never thought posture-correcting wear would make such a difference, but Forme has completely changed the game for me. As a nurse on my feet for 12+ hour shifts, I used to deal with constant shoulder tension and upper back pain. Since wearing the Sculpt+ Leggings and their posture bras (I rotate between the Power, Radiance, and Revive), I actually feel supported and more upright throughout the day.

The support feels natural—not stiff or tight—and I love that I can still move comfortably without even thinking about it. The Core V-Neck is another fave for everyday wear, especially when I want a subtle boost in posture without looking like I’m wearing anything special.

I wanted to love this so much but alas, it is NOT for big breasts or large shoulders. Super hard to fit in and not supportive enough so I did not get at all the so called “posture “ benefit. I tried to return but could not get past basic customer service so I gave up, but given the price, I am very disappointed .

My first purchase with Forme was the Collagen Power Bra in XL. I have a bigger chest (about a 34DD now) but I've lost about 60 lbs and was nervous about the sizing. I exchanged it for a L one which fit pretty great, but not tight.

I wanted to try another style, so I ordered the Revive Bra in a medium. This was the fit I needed, it's more structured and I do feel it helps me have better posture throughout the day (I work from home so I can make them part of my everyday wardrobe). For reference, I'm 5'4 and now 135 lbs with about a 34DD chest and was surprised that the medium would be the best fit.

Since I now want to try all of the styles, I ordered the Radiance Bra in Merlot and the Power Bra in Obsidian a few days ago and I'm excited to try those as well. Each bra offers amazing support and comfort, perfect for both workouts and all-day wear. As someone with a bigger chest, the only sports bras I felt were supportive enough were the zip-up bras from two major retailers I won't mention, but I'm excited to finally find some that look flattering and have structure.

This is by far the best sports bra I’ve ever worn! I used to have shoulder pain and back pain after heavy weight lifting workouts, but ever since using the Forme Revive Bra the pain is gone and I can definitely tell my posture has improved! I highly recommend this bra to everyone.

Beware of Forme's return policy. All returns must be processed with 14 days of purchase. I was excited to get the bra before an extended trip I had planned, unfortunately it took 7 days to arrive and I left on day 6. When I returned, I eagerly tried the bra on and it was too small, even thought I had followed the web site instructions for measuring. That is when I discovered it was no longer returnable, so I wasted $135 for nothing.

I love my Forme posture bras! I have 4 and wear them daily! When I wear them to Pilates, I feel my shoulders pulling back! As someone who does a lot of computer work and has had a herniated disc injury, this is a must.

Fantastic! The Forme Power Bra has almost eliminated my pain! I have severe scoliosis with the accompanying partial deflated lung, shoulder pain and stomach issues. The Forme bra helps me keep my posture the best it can be and thus I feel much better! Yea Power Bra!

The power bra provides firm support and stay in place when I’m doing yoga.

I have been an athlete my whole life. After suffering a neck and shoulder injury I got hit by truck and got severe whiplash. Every time I did PT or attempted workout I would suffer for days. Enter Forme! Literally I have been active daily with pilates, weight lifting and water sports. I never thought I would do a back flip or handstand, etc again much less live comfortably. I am 62 and am on emergency disaster team which calls for being in shape. Forme has changed my life. I highly suggest it to avoid a lot of painkillers, etc. It is an investment but highly efficient. I wish I could show before and after results. Wishing you luck on your fitness journey!

The bra itself, as others have said, is overpriced but seems to do what it promises. I definitely felt support on my back. The seams are adequately finished, not terribly smooth or even. It didn't fit well, which happens with online products.

Their 14 day return policy tripped me up. It's 14 days from day payment is made - which means, however long it too them to ship the product to you eats into that 14 days. I made the mistake of traveling for work for a week, and missed the return window. Apparently I was supposed to order the product and then wait at my home without leaving for it to arrive.

So I'm stuck with ill-fitting bra that has been in my home for <2 weeks, and which I tried on the first day I could, but was "outside the window"

Update: after I posted this, Forme agreed to refund me for the unused, tags on product.

I completely disagree that ‘14 days from date of payment’ is industry standard. I received another order from a small business the same day as the Forme bra, and their return window from date of product receipt, and it was 30 days.

I am happy they agreed to a refund, but am still unlikely to buy from them in the future. Buying clothing online is enough of a risk anyway, with sizing/etc. I don’t want to be at the mercy of the USPS as well.

My daughter is a competitive Irish dancer and the power bra has been a complete game changer in her dancing and scores. Posture and core control is a big deal in Irish dance. Since wearing the power bra her posture scores have improved and significantly along with her confidence.

I splurged on a posture correcting bra. The fit was disappointing, the cut was disappointing (underarm chafing), and the return policy was extra strict. They "recommend trying on over clothes" so the product appears unworn and unused. It's a sports bra. After reading others' return experiences online, I opted to keep it and hoped for the best. After having it for two months I don't like it any better than I did when I got it. AND I have to machine wash it twice to get the sweat smell out of it (I'm a regular smelling person, this has never happened to me with a bra).
BUT the worst thing is they don't publish negative reviews. So their website shows no one or two stars. I know this because I wrote one that is not showing up. I just feel misled.
