One of the best companies I have dealt with for a long time.
My order was for a 40th birthday present, which was going to be given at a celebration in Florida. The order was fulfilled and dispatched very quickly.
On the recipients' return, he informed me that although he loved his present, it was unfortunately too big! Forge & Foundry dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently, arranging for a replacement almost by the next post, charging just a small fee. Nb this was because the present had engraving.
I cannot praise this company enough, they kept me well-informed regarding everything that happened and would recommend them thoroughly.

I bought a number of items previously and always a great service, good quality product, great customer care from Olivia, and I like the new engraving option.
My son really liked his bracelet. Would definitely recommend them.

The bracelets are beautifully made, very neat. I wish the packaging had something that said what the gift was made of (e.g. leather and stainless steel).
