This place is a joke
This place is a joke. I ordered a product on Monday because they said it will be there by that saturday. Needed it for a gift that Sunday. Guess who's product didnt come? Yes. Its now been over a week and they said will be delivered today which was yesterday guess what didnt come yet. Lol its still not even in my state. Contacted them and all I recieved where generic responses saying its the shippers fault. And now they reported me to Walmart because ive called them out on there BS. Sad company doing business out of some crappy warehouse in NJ. Long story short unreliable company with excuses.

Foreverlux claims free and easy returns not true beware
I am very disappointed with Foreverlux.I have been purchasing colognes and perfumes for at least 10 years from them. I wanted to return a cologne back to them and they made me pay return shipping when it clearly states FREE AND EASY RETURNS we are not happy unless you are 100 percent satisfied. I will not be doing anymore business with this company.

This is not real cologne
This is not real cologne, or it’s a reject batch. Smell is weak and doesn’t last long plus it has a yellow tint. Customer service wants me to return the cologne then of course pay a fee for restocking. Problem is I did not read the reviews prior to purchase, a lot say they sent their cologne back then never received the refund. Now customer service will not even respond to me. It’s fake don’t waste your money

The delivery times indicated are not accurate.
I selected a cologne from the website with standard shipping, which said it would take between 3 and 6 days, and the estimated delivery date will ultimately be almost two weeks. Therefore, I am completely dissatisfied with the information they provide about shipping.

Sent me a wrong, cheaper perfume. Agent on live chat is so rude
Foreverlux sent me a wrong, cheaper perfume. To fix it, they offered me to keep the wrong product with discount 10% which I refused. My original order was more expensive than the one they sent me. I asked for a return label, but they didn't respond to it.
So I went to live chat asking for help, the agent on live chat got mad at me and wrote me with caps lock. I had to dispute it to my bank just to get a return label.
This was my first and last time to ever buy from this company.

I never received my package
I never received my package. It's been over a month and I haven't received a response to my last claim, which included a letter from the post office stating that the package wasn't delivered to my address. I've escalated the case again directly to PayPal.

Fast delivery
The service is very good. The perfume arrived very fast, but the bottle of the perfume on the top the spray very loose and he’s going to break. That’s the only thing I’m not happy with.
