Great products amazing customer service and timely delivery! Love me some forever flawless!

While in Las Vegas, I was lured in the store by a free application of wrinkle remover. It was A-MA-ZING!!! It felt smooth and silky. However, I didn’t purchase right away. When my husband and teen son commented on how good it looked, I decided to go back to the store to purchase the product - DIAMOND INFUSED 24K GOLD INSTANT TIGHTENING COMPLEX. Not cheap. But now that I’m home and used it - it is NOT THE SAME as what they used in the store. This dries out my skin so bad and leaves it chalky feeling. I’ve been duped. This is definitely not the same as the sample. And to think I was so excited.

I was lured into the Las Vegas store at the Cosmopolitan by a woman handing out samples. I was then whisked into a chair where a man asked me to lower my masked which I wouldn't do. He then dabbed on under eye cream and said the product was $400, but was half off. I told him I need to do research before I would consider purchasing. He then asked if I did research before I drank the soft drink I was holding and if I knew what does to my body!!!!! I was at a lost for word and left store, but decided to go back to let the sales person know I didn't appreciate his unsolicited comment. My daughter stopped me so I decided to write about the experience instead.

Very unprofessional customer service! When enquired about shipment, he or she (there was no signature in the email correspondence) uses a sarcastic tone, deny all responsibilities and even want to put more charges.

Besides, the products took 8 days to arrive instead of 4/5 days as promised via email. Out of curiosity I browsed through this website for other reviews and concerns regarding FF shipment, it seems that FF tends to just push away all responsibilities and tell others 'you could have done this or that...', 'you have NOT done this or that...'. I wonder how the customers feel reading the responses.

For me, I will never deal with FF service again.

I was pulled into a store in Vegas, told to sit down and next thing I know they are pulling my mask off and touching my face without sanitizing their hands (to my knowledge) and had their mask down too. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She was pretty rude when I told her I wouldn’t impulse buy products I had never heard of.

I just purchased the diamond facial gel today because I was amazed at the demonstration of the product in store. I do not have sensitive skin but yet when using this on my face I felt burning and when I was rinsing it off it became stuck to my skin! I couldn’t remove the gel from the sides of my face(cheek bones down)!!! I had to scrub and pull little balls of product off of my face to finally remove it, some are still there but my face hurts so bad I can’t keep scrubbing at it. I am so disappointed in this very expensive product. I should have asked the refund policy before purchasing, or better yet they should have told me. I will not be back to purchase any other items after this. 2 stars because the staff was amazing

Received package within 3 days of ordering. Great service and packaging. I've used FF for 6 years now. This last year used a different, more expensive product and did not see or feel results as I do with this line. The product is wonderful. I have oily skin and the AM/PM duo works perfectly! Will remain a loyal user.

There was no problem with service except for the exorbitant shipping charge for one tube.

FACIAL PEELING GEL + MOISTURIZER| LOVE
I was at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and was invited inside to sample these products. I was hesitant, but tried them on a whim, and ended up buying this duo product in October from liking how they made my skin feel for when they were tested. The moisturizer makes my face feel super smooth and soft. I did not have to keep reapplying and it has been great under my makeup. I have tried many moisturizers before and am extremely picky. I have used the same moisturizer for over five years, and when I tried this, I switched over. The moisturizer lasted me daily until now, and I still have some facial peeling gel (I didn't use it every week).
I love these products. I am going to purchase again!

I mentioned that I have extremely sensitive skin, and I was assured all would be well. As much as I greatly enjoy using the products, they hurt my skin so much. They don't offer a refund, so I don't know if I'll be repurchasing...I have had nothing but breakouts since using.

I initially purchased the Forever Flawless products after a live demo in Las Vegas. I love the product line and decided to purchase additional product via the website. I highly recommend this company and its product line!

Looks like there’s some scam or fraud going. The tracking number provided for my order does not exist with FedEx. My attempt to contact the Forever Flaws has gone no where. Please be warned.

my order arrive very quickly which surprised me!
I love the foaming face soap and have been using it for about 5 years.
It is pricy but I haven't found anything that is this perfect for my face..old sensitive skin that breaks out if i use any other product.
