Thankful for the ability to add the extended Warranty!
It was great to be able to add the extended warranty. This is my 2nd car with Carvana and we had a 2 year extended warranty for it. We did not add the warranty with the purchase and regretted it, so I am thankful it was offered during the Carvana 100 day warranty. Thank You. The warranty is not perfect but close to it.

I was able to speak with one person, and all the information I needed to make a decision, and then they were able to help me access the plan I wanted, and it was all done very easily and very nicely.

Had a really good experience with account setup and options
Had a really good experience with ForeverCar. They were very transparent about the price and what it would cover. No one called me or bothered me as I was thinking through my options. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful! I would suggest them!

He fully explained all options, gave us pro vs con analysis, never rushed us. He was a consumate professional. We appreciated his approach and consequently signed our contracts because of it. High quality customer service reps matter these days.
