I ordered a summerhouse from this company which has turned out to be one of my worst experiences I’ve had as a consumer.
It all started when I had to get in touch about receiving a delivery date. My order was despatched on the 18th Sept. When I requested an update I was informed of the 7-10 working day deadline….based on that info I erred on the latter and booked a tradesman to construct the summerhouse 2 days plus….deposit now lost.
After numerous contacts with FG and missed days of waiting for promised deliveries, my product arrived yesterday 7th Oct….the company who delivered the summerhouse is called “Streamline”. You can sense the irony!!!.
My promised “white glove” service was a lot less than expected….one driver….various parts put outside the property with no check of what had been delivered.
I called FG to let them know what had happened and that there may be some parts missing, also a problem with how the product may have been stored….eg the roof felt was covered in mud and not in a roll..but squashed flat. The reaction from the supervisor was that of “take it or leave it” and that’s the way it is.
My wife and I did a check of the parts and I must admit the quality of the product is nothing like you see on the website……the workmanship is akin to that of glorified wooden pallets.
As the title of this rant specifies….don’t waste your money and go and buy some decent shiplap and build your own at half the price and be hassle free.

i had a small shed delivered 2 days ago and it was perfectly delivered by Andy C. who was very helpful and bought it to my garden which is very narrow and had to carry it from the top of the street but i got it safe and sound and made sure the gate was locked so much appreciated . thankyou .

The whole process of ordering through to delivery was very smooth. Delivery was on time. Access to our house is awkward but Penko and Chris H managed to get the rather heavy load to the right place and it was a pleasure to make their aquaintance.Well done!

Fantastic service and quality product. After having a terrible experience with another company (awful customer service, dreadful delivery, missing parts, incredibly poor quality) I happened upon the Forest Garden website and I'm so happy that I did. The whole experience with Forest Gardens, from ordering, the speedy delivery, professionalism and helpfulness of Tee & Mark, has been faultless. The shed is of a high quality, with the individual parts solid and well made. Incredibly impressed!

Good Web site, easy to use and order. Delivered on time (even a little early which was good as I was going out) Steve M the delivery man was very polite and asked the best place to put the shed.
All done and dusted in minutes and he even closed the garden gate.
Would definitely use again

Recently had a 8'x6' shed delivered by Garry T. and Keith W. They arrived on time, were cheerful and friendly and had my shed offloaded into my garden in a very short time. Shed is all built now and looking good. Currently filling it after a recent move. Thanks guys.

Great shed. Very good delivery. Phil offloaded and stacked shed exactly where it was needed.
Quality far better than the old shed (from a different supplier). I cannot fault the service and the friendliness of the driver. What more can I say ?

Easy to order shed online, arrived on day and time as initially advised with courteousy phone call 30 minutes before delivery. Delivered by Phil L and Dilbir, service with a smile, excellent customer service and what appears to be a quality product.

Delivered by Phil. S and John. M, texted to say on way, arrived, once arrived ask where i need the shed, soon had all components stack nicely down the side of my house. Nice touch leaving base section to the side so it was the first pieces in the stack.

I ordered a Venetian Corner Arbour and was informed it normally took six weeks before delivery however it was ready in three. I was hoping it could be transported to the bottom corner of my back garden and was assured that this was no problem by the delivery driver, Dale, who was helpful, friendly and super efficient considering how many pieces he had to carry, he never lost his smile once.
I shall write a review for the Arbour once it is assembled and in situ - it's a good job I enjoy jigsaw puzzles!
Everything from placing the order to delivery has been perfect so far, thank you.

Got our delivery from Fred and Carl, they were really friendly and very helpful, even put it straight in the back garden for us, the tracker was really helpful as you knew when they were close, really good service, thanks guys
