I immediately upon ordering was given an email stating that they had received the order and since I had plenty of time before my trip I wasn't in a hurry so chose standard shipping, I was given the date the currency would be shipped and of course because weather didn't become an issue the currency arrived in a timely manner. This is the second time I have used this service. The exchange rate is amongst the best if not the best.
