Ordered upgraded scuff plates for my 2025 Mach-E Rally. When they arrived, one was incorrect. I reached out to them (Alex Schott) by email every day for a week with NO response. There’s no posted phone # so you cannot call them. I even used the contact link on their website twice, and was totally ignored. I’ve since ordered the correct part from a reputable supplier and will have to eat the cost of a part I didn’t order.
So late
I ordered a part that they showed in stock with the fastest shipping available. It took almost 3 weeks just to get my part shipped out. I sent them multiple messages and none of them got answered.

Lots of room for improvement
First part i ordered didnt fit the factory connector on my 2005 escape. When I messaged them asking for advice was I was just told it was the correct part lol. I believe they should atleast let you know in the parts info about the change in to the connector and be able to give you some kind of advice. Anyway I ended up finding and ordering the correct connector paying for fedex next day delivery but its been 23 hours and it still hasn't even been processed so believe there are lots of room for improvement!
I ordered the F350 1999 early…
I ordered the F350 1999 early production track bar kit. The shipping costs by the time it arrived were out of line. The charged $180. Internal shipping charges. I had another $220. at the border charges into Canada. Then there was a shipping hassel where the shipment was lost. UPS asked me to contact Partsone for shipping help and I sent four emails for support and never had a response. Neither did UPS. Once they had the money they disappeared.
I dont have the track bar in yet but as for the cost, service, response I would not go back!!!
Clueless Customer Service and Parts
I moved from CA to PA October 2024. Called Ford before the move to give them the new address so they could send the "free" Tesla adapter to the right address. They sent it to the CA address anyway. It got returned to Ford. I call 800-392-3673 which couldn't help me and sent me to 844-589-0060 which couldn't help me and sent me back to 800-392-3673. Tried chat and same thing ... sent me an email telling me to call 800-392-3673. These people are clueless and I now realize I will never receive the charger from Ford. Worst customer service ever.

Ford told me an incorrect part number…
Ford told me an incorrect part number for a seat belt. I ordered it off a third party website that won’t let me return it. Ended up calling a Ford dealership and driving an hour and a half to make sure it was the correct part. I am out so much time and money for their mistake.
Don't Order Overnight Delivery

He responded very quickly and came with a solution-oriented mindset and resolved the issue. Still can't give 5 stars as it should have never happened to start with.
It was never really about the money as I was hoping to get the part during the weekend so I could work on it, which is why I had ordered overnight to begin with. While that can no longer be fixed at least they did what was reasonable to refund the overnight freight costs so I guess that's really all I can ask for at this point.

I paid extra for overnight delivery on my parts and these *** placed a weekday-only restriction with FedEx. So now even if I had ordered normal delivery speed it would have arrived on the same day (Monday) so I want my money back.
I am registered with their website as an INDIVIDUAL not a BUSINESS so there should never have been any question that I would want weekend delivery.

I purchased several accessories from Ford parts and accessories.com One order came with the wrong parts, second reorder came with completely different item in the box then what was ordered, and when I tried to return the first one they refuse to mail me return labels, I told him I did not have a printer, they give you a very short window of 7 days to get it back to them from time of shipping till they receive it or you possibly will not get a refund, I called them because I was about to expire the 7-day window, there representative told me to wait until the escalation team contacts me, they didn't contact me till like 2 or 3 weeks later and then refused to issue a second return label even if it was through email very poor service I strongly suggest nobody and I mean nobody ever used them for anything I think I'm going to just stop by Ford products all together and switch to maybe Chevrolet or Chrysler because Ford's customer service has gone in the toilet, and I was a loyal Ford person for many years but the loyalty has died out because Ford doesn't stand by their products they're all about profit nothing more it wasn't always that way

STAY AWAY!!! This company or website or whatever it is is no good. If you need parts go to your local dealer and have the dealer order the item or items for you. It's been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting on one order. I was told I could not get a refund although the order hasn't even shipped out yet. There is no way to track your order online and no one could tell me where my order was being shipped from. I seriously do not believe these guys are associated with Ford at all. BEWARE!!!

If there were zero stars they would get it!!!! DO NOT BUY THROUGH FORD PARTS!!!!The stress and time it will take to get anything done is not worth it. Cancelled my order and they still sent the parts and charged my credit card. Horrible customer service and impossible to get a refund. Three phone calls to parts and asked to talk top a supervisor and they would not let me! I even have a case number and it does NO GOOD!! Called Ford Customer complaints and got no where!! Returned the parts with confirmation they received those parts and still no refund 10 days later. Will call credit card company and contest the charges!
UNETHICAL, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a part from this company and their website verified that it would fit my vechicle. Well it did not, it was to small. I tried to get a refund and this is what they told me: They would not refund me because order was less than $20 and because I opened package. Now tell me how can you tell if a part is going to fit without removing it from the package.
Absolutely ridiculous, they sent wrong part or their system picked the incorrect part. It wasn't my doing. I received order 7/20/2024
Update they told me I should have checked the vin on their website even though it gives you 2 ways to verify, one by year, make, model or by vin.
So I went back to their website and entered my vin and their site still shows that part fits. But it's 3/4" smaller in diameter and won't even fit over the rubber housing, but they still blame me. Go figure.
Broken alternator
I just picked up an alternator for my F350. The box has a hole in it the size of a softball. The terminal that One of the wires connect onto Has a large piece of plastic broken off of it. When I called to ask for a Partial refund because I cannot have any more downtime on this work vehicle. The part I had to wait three days for. They said that they can’t do a refund or a warranty that it would have to be done through Ford, which is a completely different company. Just a pain in the Xxx Thanks a lot fordparts.com
Absolute liars
It should be negative stars! I bought mud flaps for a brand new Bronco and I did by vin so there would be NO errors. Since you have to drill and alter vehicle I waited to have them done professionally. They do not even come close to fitting per two life long techs. When I called Ford they said I was 3 days outside return window and basically tough crap. I asked for a credit or an exchange and nothing! I explained that I bought this item on their word that it was for my vin and my vehicle and they lied which is fraud and they didn’t care. I explained how it’s not like buying a pair of pants and just trying them on that they needed to be installed and they didn’t care even management. I think it is INSANE that I gave them $60,000 and they won’t even honor THEIR word about an item they sold me that is in brand new condition. So American of them. I live my dealership and my Bronco but Ford as a company is crap that they would let something of so little cost ruin such a relationship. The best part I didn’t even ask for money if it was a problem just an exchange for the correct part. You are just a nasty company and your reviews show it! The fact that you put an American flag on your product and behave like this is a shame.

Never arrived. Called Ford Parts said tracking shows it was never delivered and was sitting in shipping center an hour from where I live. They state they will escalate the event asked if I wanted to re-ship or refund. Requested Refund. Month goes by and call again. They state that item is still undelivered but will re-send escalation and to wait a week for an email. Week goes by call again……now they say that it was delivered to NY? I live in WA and the address on order is in WA. Of course they say they will escalate again and to wait another week??? but all I have been asking for is a refund??? Its been two months and no response, no information and no refund?? Poor service and response. First Ford Vehicle I bought, big mistake, wouldn’t recommend Ford to anyone.
I searched for an ICP sensor for a 2002…
I searched for an ICP sensor for a 2002 7.3 and nothing came up (a very common sensor). I searched fluids for the same vehicle and only antifreeze came up. I need the correct transmission fluid, Mercon V, but it wasn't there. If I put in my VIN on a Ford Parts website I was expecting every part, fluid, etc, to show.
