Same as everyone else, ordered two full sets of paint palettes, received two *individual* pain palettes instead. Took FOREVER to arrive and now it’s two days until Valentine’s Day and I have nothing.

100% scam - don't order from this company. Received ONE set of watercolors instead of the 24 promised and now customer services is gaslighting me.

Ordered a set of paints for valentines day goodies. Selected the amount for there to be enough for each child in my kids class. Received one paint..
It would have been better if we went to the dollar store. When I sent an email they offered a two dollar refund.

Horrible. Ordered 2 sets of heart shaped valentines paint sets for my kids classes. They just sent me 2 paint sets and a bunch of tags. This is not what I ordered and they’ve completely removed the listing from their website now. Very frustrating and misleading company. Took over a month to receive items and so far haven’t received a response from customer service.

horrible waited a month to receive valentines with water color paints they sent me one paint pallet instead of the 20 or so that were suppose to be sent and now they are telling me i need to send it back and pay for shipping to get a refund. will never shop again.

Ordered what was advertised as a set of 24 watercolor paint sets with cards to give out to daughter’s class for Valentines day. After a full month of waiting, I Received one paint set with 24 small cards. Total scam! Should have looked here first. Learned my lesson.

Complete scam. The send incorrect item from China intentionally. Will not refund.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered 3XL size hoodies and they barely fit. They probably were maybe a large at best. I've requested a refund 5 times now and they won't give me my full refund because they said there's nothing wrong with the product and it's not their fault it doesn't fit. Don't order from this company. It's a total scam!

I ordered a large casual zip up fleece hoodie in a large, what I received was a small possibly an extra small. There is no indication of size on the garment. I emailed custom service and asked about refund or exchange policy, I was told that I got what I ordered so I did not qualify for a refund or an exchange, but they would give me a credit of $5!!! are you kidding me, what a scam!!! Like I would purchase anything else from them!! I will dispute on PayPal.

Ordered the long hoodie in 3x, received it and it’s the size of a large. Contacted customer service, asked to return and refund. Sent them all the pictures they requested and they said I could return but would have to pay shipping to their warehouse in China and would be $40-$50 for but if that was too much they would refund me $3! I asked why the tracking to me said it came from Ireland and why the shipping was more than I paid which was a total of $36. I also asked how they thought $3 was fair? Waiting for a response. Will be disputing on PayPal if no resolution. Never have I encountered such a scam company

Ordered a long hoodie in size XL, it fit like a small/medium. Notified the company I wanted to return for a refund and they offered me THREE DOLLARS! What a scam!!

Edit: I received my blanket today 07/05/2025. I also ordered the cooling blanket on May 3rd 2025. It was shipped they said from Italy. Tracking has stopped on June 01, 2025 in Norfolk. Contacted them and they said that the tariff's was the hold up. This is definitely a scam site. Do not order from them.

I ordered this cooling blanket in late April. It was being shipped from Italy at one point and has been sitting in Huntsville, AL since 6/1/25 and today is 6/26/25. I could have driven to the warehouse in 12+ hours and picked it up dozens of times. As of today there is no development or movement. I will be reporting fraud to PayPal.

I ordered a cooling blanket back on 5/3/25. Received tracking information that it was coming from Spain. Followed the tracking and the last location was the United State. It has been sitting in Indiana since 6/1/25 with no movement. I contacted Forcipower via email indicating they were sending a new shipment. I call bullshit. I have now reported it as fraud to PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered product over two months ago. Never received. Still no update. They responded admitting the package was lost and I had two options. Purchase the product a second time but still be charged for lost product and shipping. So pay double for the product! Or they would refund my money minus the cost of the product and shipping. What is left to refund? Taking no responsibility for not insuring their shipments and refusing to refund my money. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company. This company is a fraud! Filing a complaint with Facebook as well, since they are advertising the product. Scammers!

I feel like these reviews are manufactured by AI. They all comment with some impressive words about the packaging and everything is phenomenal. I’ve been burnt by online companies too many times and I’m not willing to take that risk with a company using fake reviews.

I never received the product. It’s been two months. They gave me a tracker. It literally hasn’t moved in two months, it said it’s in some country that I’ve never even heard of

The packaging is phenomenal. Housed in a sleek, matte container, it gives a luxurious feel right from the start. The pump dispenser is a cool, hygienic way to apply this primer cream. The cap fits securely, making it great for travel. It looks lovely sitting on my vanity. Beyond beautiful, it's practical and well thought. Very impressed!
