Forcemech reached out offering a collaboration for a mobility scooter review and listed two options for compensation (keep product vs. paid + return within 7 days). I accepted interest right away and asked for the deliverables and next steps.

After that, I received no reply for an extended period. I followed up repeatedly, professionally, because I was genuinely interested in the project. Weeks later, I was told the collaboration had been under “internal review” and they went with someone else.

This wasn’t handled professionally. If you’re going to invite creators into a campaign, you should be prepared to communicate timelines and expectations. The lack of follow-through wasted time and created unnecessary frustration.

I have had the Carbon F1 for a year and a half now and it is an amazing configuration of features, It is powerful, light and foldable, navigates the lawn, not good on loose gravel. Flew to Europe with it on Viking river boat, worked great. Long battery life. overnight charge lasts 2 days of national parks and museums or tours of medieval cities like Budabest and Vienna. Customer service could be better, eventually they sent me the right bolts, which I used threadlocker on.

My friend purchased me one and my front wheel fell off and they won't answer phone or xall me back. I just wanted some parts, cause you can't buy bit from then. My friends couldn't load it too heavy.

Nearly a year ago My family supposed me by helping purchase a Forcemech power chair however, after many back and forth of wheelchair defects, the last one due to the battery disconnecting after hitting a bump was not returned. It's been around four months without a product.
Do anyone know who is the Registered Agent for the company??

I purchased a Forcemech Navigator 4 months ago. The joystick now needs repair/replacement and I cannot get Forcemech to respond. I have called, left messages, and sent repeated emails...nothing. I called a listed Texas dealer, and was told it does not sell Forcemech. I cannot find who manufactues their chair (China product?). Forcemech is likely gone.

Need better communication between vendors and customers

The chair arrived missing the bracket to attach the control to the arm. I have called and emailed about the missing part, and after two weeks, still no response.

Two weeks after sending an an email I'm still waiting for a response.

The sales rep answered all my questions.

Better customer service assistance with the product and more than a 30 day guarantee need to be offered. And the Navigator needs to be updated!
