I find it hard to communicate with your reps also I’ve been a good customer and still have not been offed a increase to my line of credit I will be paying this off next week and closing my account and going to a different lender.

The credit limit is very low for the interest rate we pay and the amount of time that the it takes to get the money. Wish it was immediately pay out

The interedt rates are horrible. I work in the financial sector and understand rates. You get fast convience for money for a terrible rate that takes forever to pay the loan off. My advice is to visit your nearest bank.

When they said Online submission and approval it’s really mean it.
They offer extra money automatically when you are upto date with your payments and this is really really worth it for me.

Was super easy to apply and set up. Requesting money is as easy as signing in and hitting a few buttons. Money comes that day if requested before noon. Making a payment reflects immediately, no waiting for posting. This is by far superior service in my opinion.

After several years using their line of credit, never missing a payment, even paying it off, I decided to ask for a reduction in interest rate, which is frankly exorbitant, they just flat out refused. They claim I am not eligible for a lower interest rate even though I have impeccable history with them and my credit score is not that bad. Since I got the line of credit before the Canadian government put a cap on interest rates, they won’t even honor the new cap and adjust my rate to what I would be paying if I just applied for it today.
They also will not explain why I am not eligible or what the requirements are, take forever to respond to messages and just ignored my last two. Over the phone they are also not helpful. Unless you are absolutely desperate for money, I wouldn’t bother.

Has been easy and fast setup and approval process and easy to get a draw on your loan.. quick easy and everything goes smooth with payments coming out and stuff and no annoying phone calls from them

Your associates were very warm and respetcfull.
They answered all my questions regarding the process.
Most of all, I was pleasantly amazed with the processing time once all required documents were submitted.

Support is lacking, and unable to actually do things as per the contract you agree to. Needed to update bank accounts, which the contract explicitly states you can email to their email. Nobody replies, and chat support is incapable of doing anything (or unwilling)

Terrible interest rate, been offered lower rates through fora but you guys won’t put them through while I have a balance.

I was approved for my line of credit in less than 30 minutes, and the money was transferred into my account the same day after I made the request. The process was quick, smooth, and easy.

So far my experience with Fora Credit has been good. In doing credit limit increases, I feel that Fora Credit should be offering these increases more frequently and not waiting 6 months when a person’s account and payment history is excellent.

They automatically collect payments from my checking account every two weeks, which keeps things stress-free. I also love that you have the flexibility to make extra payments whenever you want to lower your balance faster. Best of all, it has given a really great boost to my credit score! Highly recommend.
