Applied with fora for a line of credit through koho I sent all the documents and even did the the login where they access your bank account and can see the transactions they were offering my 30 percent interest and that was really high also in the span of a month of a half they asked me 6 times to verify my account re upload the same documents 5 times sign the agreement again the people working for this company are not smart at all or animals just working there and I closed my application

The process was fast and easy ,talking with staff on the phone was helpful they were great answering all the questions that I had so far so good

After application, I was approved for 14,800
I accepted and was disappointed that after reviewing my bank account your underwriter would only approve me for half the approvals amount. I wonder what they saw to change the approved limit. I would never have gone forward if I thought the approved amount would be cut in half afterwards.
Feels like a kind of bate & switch.

Fora is a great option if you need financial help. However, I wish they would re-evaluate each customer’s interest rate annually, taking into account how responsibly they’ve managed their credit throughout the year.

I'm thankful first of all, that they were able to lend, and extend, a hand when I needed it most. The screening was pretty straightforward. The policy and fees are clear as well. The only downside or gripe for me is that the monthly payment computation is a 70/30 split. 70% interest and only 30% of the amount goes to principal. I understand this a business. I understand that they did help me at the beginning, despite my low credit score, at the time I needed emergency money. However, given this ratio, it proves quite difficult to get out or pay it off early. The only way they said I can significantly add to the principal is to pay more on top of what their system computes I pay monthly. At this time, I am still struggling with my finances as I do live paycheque to paycheque. It's embarrassing but its just honest truth. It's a slow and painful road to recovery, if it even leads to that. No offense to Fora but this is how I see it and feel about it right now. How I wish there was some kind of reward or incentives, like adjusting that ratio in favor of putting more onto the principal.
