I ordered a football shirt in early September 2025, once I placed my order they tried to scam me by taking all my money out but wasn’t able to due to me having a secured online banking ,do not order from this website and report this website. If I had a choice I wouldn’t even give this website a 1 star rating.

Would give less than 1 star. Received the wrong size shirt, finally got them to agree to refund me but that has not happened and now get no response to any emails. Basically just stole my money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I waited weeks to receive my order and when I finally got it, it was the wrong size. Their customer service is awful, they have refused to send the correct item or give me a refund. All replies to my emails were very strange and vague, clearly with the intent to make me just give up. Wish I had looked into them more before purchasing, clearly a very dodgy scam company that I hope is closed down soon.

Scam. Took my money and received nothing and can't get in touch

The score should be minus. Do not part with any money. This is a Chinese company and not a UK one. My order was in August 2025 and I asked for a refund because it hadn't arrived by the end of September. I'm still waiting for a refund and now they say their refund account is frozen. The company is a scam. Not sure I'll ever get my order and it sounds like I certainly won't get a refund. Not sure how people can continue to get away with this kind of scam but please don't order anything from them.

Under any circumstance do not part Money with these clowns. 🤡

I wouldn't get a top from here i ordered a top 3 months ago and they keep giving excuses for refund frozen account etc. Please don't order from here and make sure people know about them. I only gave 1 star but they don't deserve even 1

Avoid like the plague! I ordered a Nottingham forest shirt and was sent a FC Roma shirt. I complained and was told that a refund would be made but only for 40% as it was not viable to take the shirt back and issue the correct one .I still haven’t got the money nor the shirt!

My first order with them was sent 4 weeks after i ordered. This one i ordered the 9th sep 25 and still not here (18 oct 25) thats 6 weeks ago. All u get is sorry when they finally email u bk. They told me to get hold of them on whatsapp so did and not heard anything. Its a propper shit show of a company, steer clear!! Chinese company, broken english, they have no clue. Needs to be shut down

They dont deliver and it is impossible to contact them after you have made your payment

Took my money no problem got an email to say order on way with photo fir proof unable to see any photo
Still haven't received order
Have not received any answers to correspondence which I don't even know is the place
I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole avoid at all cost

Do not use this company. Absolute shysters. I ordered 2 items, then cancelled one order same day. They charged me for both and would not cancel the order. Goods then delivered separately 2 & 3 weeks later than promised. They promise a return for credit service within 7 days, but refused that service to me. Completely unprofessional and not at all trustworthy

Scam takes your money then either sends wrong stuff 9 weeks later so just don’t send anything impossible to contact all you get is emails saying we will sort it I ordered on 1 aug still nothing , it’s just a dodgy Chinese company

I ordered a football shirt, after paying was told they were out of stock and asked me to pick another. I declined as i wanted the one i ordered, i asked for a refund and they then told me to be patient they’ll get more stock. 3 months later, i’ve no shirt, no refund and they’ve stopped responding to emails

SCAM SITE! DO NOT USE. If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a personalised shirt in August, got told delays, then it was dispatched. Still not here, tried to email to chase again, yet the email domain no longer exists! Now looking to report. Wish I, like others, had looked up the reviews first

This company is an absolute joke - DO NOT BUY!! I ordered £60 worth of two items on 29th July, still not received. After many attempts of contact to chase it up via email and WhatsApp they finally responded and offered a refund. Still today I have not received that refund. I am absolutely furious with this company and want to take it further. This place needs shutting down.

Absolute FRAUD stay well clear of this website. The old saying “Buy cheap Buy twice”

So poor, 8 weeks and still have not received the refund for the shirt that did not arrive.

Ordered two kids kits and they sent me someone else order and then offered me 25% refund! Advice do not use!
