Footwearstorm Omdömen

Ordered two pair: one was not true to size, the other never arrived. When inquired about pair that didn’t arrive, told the size I needed was no longer available.

I was sent boots with laces that weren't long enough to lace up all the way, maybe halfway. Maybe dont sell boots you dont have laces for? Just weird to have to go out and buy special laces for regular knee high boots. I've never had this issue before with a shoe store so not something I even considered when I chose to purchase.

I ordered a pair of there orthopedic boots and they were only orthopedic when I added a pair of gel inserts. Absolutely worthless. I'll be sticking with Schetcher much better and $30.00 dollars cheaper. Not to mention I don't have to wait a month to get them. Don't waste your time.

They cheated me out of my money when ordering a size 13. It came as maybe a size 11 and when I tried to get my money back, they claimed the best they can do is 50% off my next order. We are going to the Renaissance Faire this weekend and the last order took a month to get here from China. The size guide on the website says 12.3 inch insole for a size 13 and my shoes were not even at 11. Do not spend your money at this fraud of a company. They also acted like it was my fault that I misread the sizing guide when I followed the instructions on their site. Pathetic customer service and worse company.

Never received my shoes, paid for. Promises of new tracking info but never happened. Have not received a refund nor shoes.

i ordered a pair of boots that were really cute in the picture, but when they arrived, it was completely different. the colors and design were entirely different and also super cheap looking. the material was really poor quality as well. i emailed them and they replied saying i would recieve a refund but we will see if they actually do. im suspicious that this website is a scam based on some other reviews.

Exchanges no problem on website. Not true, they do not accept your reason if the size does not fit and asking to return unworn shoes for another size.

Not what was in the picture

Everything is good my only issue is that it’s taking a little bit longer to get to me , the time line was June 12 but still ain’t getting it yet

Product came quickly and was a great value and a great fit

I would never buy nor recommend any to buy from this site. I order a pair of work shoes, which I had to wait a little more than month, the steel toe was bent to the point it rubbed against the top my foot, the shoes had no type of ankle nor foot support. The shoes were just horrible quality and you guy refused to refund my money. NEVER AGAIN SCAM ARTIST!

I ordered a size 13 men western boot. It was repeated in the order however I don't know what this size is but it's no where near my size!!! This shoe even to small for my kids size 11. I'm extremely disappointed

Item was cheep and ugly and could not return it

canceled order , gave no reason

No se puede rastrear el paquete y tiene más de un mes que no llega el paquete. Y no se si llegara por que no tengo contacto sobre la compra

They took my payment over a month ago and still nothing shipped. Emailed them and I get nothing but BS that it is being shipped. Do not purchase anything from these people.

I have not received my order, I have not been given any concrete answers, it takes a long time to respond to a request, I feel like my money has been stolen.

I never received the item. NOT GOOD.
