Great sales pitch with friendly and knowledgeable people. However, the operational quality was terrible when we incorporated a US entity. The share capitalization was the wrong amount, the stock certificate had the wrong company name and the virtual office lost all mail. I would not trust Foothold America with bookkeeping or staff support services, as getting these wrong would cost even more to rectify if not done properly.

An excellent group of professionals who are experienced, knowledgeable and every person gives great customer service. Very quick and responsive to all questions and if they don't know something will follow through and come back with an answer.
