I've just checked and the item was shipped on the day of order 19 Sept, You should have received an alert with the tracking? Did you get it?
It says attempted delivery was made and the shirt is at the post office for collection. You may have received a card with details?

Werder Bremen 125 Year Anniversary Kit
Jersey arrived as advertised, brand new in box with tags on. Unfortunately the box was dented due to the the very thin packaging plastic. As it is an anniversary kit with a special box, perhaps a delivery box could be used to preserve the condition.
