Hi Toni, We're very sorry for the delay but can see form the tracking your order has now been delivered. Unfortunately from time to time we do have hold ups with stock arriving from suppliers which is as equally frustrating for us as it is our customers.
The item was great
The item was great. Exactly as shown in pictures. The thing which i did not like was the high priced postage I had to pay. Moreover I had to pay duty Tax charges too, which made the item become too pricey.

Hi Tom, we've checked the tracking & can see your order arrived with you on 8th Jan. As you placed the order on 20th Dec this was way after our Christmas cut off point & we had already finished for Christmas. Your order was therefore printed & shipped as soon as we got back to work in the new year.

An amazing service
Unfortunately they sent me the wrong items emailed them & immediately got a reply saying how sorry they were & would send out the correct time quickly.
I then had an email from Peter Lloyd on of the owners again apologising & telling me a gift from my grandsons football team would be included as a way of saying sorry.
The parcel arrived including 2 gifts.
My grandson will be very pleased with the extra presents & I certainly was with their customer service
