I’m very happy with the service I have received from Fone Doctors. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Good service in good locations

My chosen store in the London Bridge station complex has now closed (yep, Covid) so we went instead to their nearby store at King's Yard off Borough High St. Lovely guy who served us and felt he was completely trustworthy. I've used FD 5 or 6 times and my experience to date with FD is that I trust them completely and this is not something I have felt with other mobile phone concessions.
Keep up the high standards guys.

My family has used fone doctors 3 times in the last year, and every time we've been pleased with the service, and the updates they've given us throughout each job.

The team was lovely and helpful. They do a diagnosis of the issue for free which is an incredible service

Refused refund even though the item wasn't opened from original packaging as well as having the receipt.

Used 3 times. Always rated them. This last time my phone was broken and sadly couldn't be resuscitated but... I know Fone Drs tried super hard to do everything they could. Always a personal experience. It also took the sting out of it a bit as if they can't fix your phone they don't charge you so I didn't have to pay to find out it was beyond repair. I also loved the chocolate on my returned phone!! Thanks, fone Drs for everything.

So, went to Apple to have my phone checked they told me it was Unrepairable and I bought a new phone. I then went to fone doctors & within 5 minutes my old phone was working. I’m also going to return the phone I bought .
Once again fone doctors saves the day 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Such a great service from start to finish. So seamless and smooth, only had to leave the house to post the actual phone. Great value (my insurance wanted more!) definitely recommend!!! And also good a little choccy treat in my parcel. Go use these guys for a great legitimate service!!!!
