FollowFox - Instagram Growth Agency Omdömen 15

This is a scam! I was fooled by good reviews that are clearly fake. Once they have you bank details they keep charging you every month, despite multiple attempts to cancel. They say you can cancel at any time, but there's no cancel subscription button on their site, you have to email them and they never reply. I've had 4 months of them taking money out of my account. Thankfully my bank have been getting the money back for me, but every month it leaves my account and I have to wait and hope my bank manages to return it.
They have also never even attempted to grow my insta account - they've never even signed in to it! Thankfully, as they are clearly not trustworthy so god knows what they would have done to it.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD DETAILS!

Since I live in Turkey, 89 dollars is a significant amount of money for me. The service I will receive is so exaggerated that only three to five subscribers a day come or do not come. I officially like people with my own hands. The service provided is completely imaginary. I have no idea what they are dealing with during the day. What they provide, I can provide more with half an hour a day. In every e-mail I wrote about their inadequacies, I was given unnecessary explanations. No solution, zero support. Nothing works properly. It has been fifteen days, there is no work that can be held in the palm of your hand and we have just started. Well, am I giving a month so that you can just start? I asked for a refund, I say I am not completely satisfied. A week has passed, so there is no refund, you know, one hundred percent satisfaction. Friends, I say again, don't be fooled. A person who has put a fixed Alex name to everyone, running a bot for five to ten minutes a day, they are exploiting your money. Their panels are completely mediocre. I was upset because I was going to connect a quarter of my salary to these guys every month. I'm glad I didn't buy an annual plan. I definitely don't recommend it. Don't be fooled. I got burned, don't get burned. And someone please shut down such companies. If the company is real.

It is not worth it at all, it is true you gain some followers but not your target. They started following accounts like there's no tomorrow but then don't do the unfollow... so you gotta do it by yourself. Don't pay for this!!!!

Even though the organic growth of followers is true, Instagram disabled part of my account as a result of suspicious activity (FollowFox team was logging in to my account from different devices and in different places in the globe). Believe me, 100 followers are NOT WORTH rasing suspicion with META and getting your account disabled. Just don't do it.

In the short time that I have started using this service, I have had more genuine following and followers then I have had with another service that I used for 1 month with little growth (I believe IG detected the service 2 weeks in and they cost twice as much). I am pleasantly surprised by the number of new followers that they have gotten me - the followers are within the US and are exactly as per the target requests that I made for my business. I am excited to see where my IG account is in a few months from now using FollowFox.

Only con of this service is that, followfox don't offer free trial, but their organic growth, custom dashboard with statistics and customer service is really amazing

Trust me they are the best instagram growth agency. I have recommended them to my friend already. Definitely call them if you need something done!

Poor customer service. Poor results. Fake account follows. Bot automation account handling. No clear way to cancel your subscription without sending several emails. Also, the reviews here are fake / paid for. It’s hard for me to believe anyone is speaking any truth when it’s clear this service is as close as it gets to being a scam without it being illegal.

If by "super responsive", you mean a bot will respond to you instantly and tell you someone will reach out to you, after which a copy/pasted response arrives much later without addressing the actual issue at hand, then sure.

I can confirm that I messaged at different times of day, and never received a response "within 42 minutes".

If by "organic", you mean accounts with 1 photo, following 4000 other accounts and having 100 followers that are all similar types of accounts, then sure, it's organic.

"I have checked but could not find your account with us." While I asked that my account be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle (which has not yet ended by the way), customer service ended my subscription immediately after their inquiry into why I wished to cancel. There is no cancel subscription button anywhere and, apparently, they are unable to cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle as requested. You need to email/message to cancel.

I used 2 growth agencies before FolowFox, both brought me bots which eventually dropped. In case of followfox, I don't know how but they really brought targeted followers who engaged on my content, I am so happy seeing likes and comments on my new posts ❤ Thank you followfox

Worth service I ever registered. Right away when I registered they do not Keep their promises.
Only 3 weeks I was able bear how they ruined my instagram account. They started to follow thousand of people in my name, very bad ones (naked woman, lesbian, demonic etc.... and deleted Many of my nice friends whom I followed.
There was not a day when I reached 25-40 people for whom I paid. With in the 3 weeks I used their service, I wrote several e-mail to them Why my account is not growing. They always replied with some explanations. Once when I realized they are Lying I decided to not continue their service, I asked refund because they did not Keep the number of the followers.
Since then they are not replying to my e-mails even though I wrote several.
The worth thing is that they rebilled me again 59 euro, even though I told them more then 1 week ahead that I Don't want their service and want a refund.
Unfortunately I have to go to police to report them for stealing money from my bank account.
So please don't register because all their promises are not true and they will trick you!!!

Follow Fox and your personal account manager "Alex" started to unfollow all your friends and clients - like 4-7 times and you have to follow them back. Its really unprofessional und I felt embarresed to follow my friends back every time. Would not recommend!

I signed up with FollowFox on 14/04/2021 - in an effort to organically grow my IG account.

After researching similar companies, I signed up with FollowFox as I was assured my IG account would be managed by ‘real people’ (in line with instructions I provided at time of sign up).

I was assigned a ‘personal account manager’.

The first thing I noticed (this should’ve been a RED FLAG 🚩) was that the people I was FOLLOWING began to increase rapidly, many of whom I had zero interests in common with. I had been specific that accounts I wished to engage with should be linked to fitness......this was not the case. I found myself following some strange sorts, resulting in inappropriate comments/messages.

I emailed my ‘personal
account manager’ on 17/04/21 to raise my concerns, “Although the numbers of people I am following has increased, I have gained no additional followers”, to which her response was they would unfollow accounts that didn’t follow me.
NO accounts were unfollowed & they just continued to randomly follow, disproportionately increasing the number of accounts I was following.

I emailed again on 26/04/21 to say,
“I am still concerned with the fact that the people I am following is currently at 923. This is more than double fast approaching triple”, to which once again I was informed they would
unfollow accounts that weren’t following me. However, NO accounts were unfollowed & the numbers of accounts I was following kept increasing - vastly outnumbering followers.

I emailed again on 27/04/21 to advise that while trying to engage on IG I wasn’t able to do so & had received an IG alert to say my activity had been restricted! Her response was that this was very common (which should’ve been another RED FLAG 🚩)!

On 28/04/21, I sent another email seeking clarification, “Please confirm that you have real people working on my account who are monitoring whats going on with my account and are aware of my concerns”.
I received NO response.

I sent yet another email on 28/04/21, “please STOP following people on Instagram via my account with IMMEDIATE effect. I am currently following 1091 VS 393 followers”.
I was informed via return email that their action of following accounts would be stopped.

However, NO action was taken & the numbers I was following kept increasing before my eyes. I emailed yet again on 28/04/21, “Despite my repeated requests to stop following, numbers are still increasing. FOLLOWING is now up to 1179”. Still NO response & NO action!

Numbers I was following continued to increase & when they were at 1,208 on 28/04/21 I emailed yet again, “Numbers of people I am FOLLOWING is continuing to go up & up & up, despite my request to STOP”. Still NO response was received & NO action was taken.

Despite my continued emails & requests, the number of accounts I was following continued to increase. When they were at 1,222 on 28/04/21 I emailed yet again, “FOLLOWING is still going UP”. Still, I received NO response, & was beside myself with worry & stress.

On 2/5/2021 I emailed my personal account manager yet again to reiterate that due to all the overactivity & disregard of my instruction my IG account was & remains restricted. I also reiterated my concern with my followers vs following.

Between 14/04/2021 & 2/5/2021 FollowFox gave me 128 NEW followers, but to do this their strategy was to follow 780 NEW accounts!

Further to this I am left with a restricted IG account for which they have accepted no accountability & offered no solution. I am no longer able to be active on IG due to the restriction received, as a result of my instructions/requests to suspend activity on my account being disregarded/ignored by FollowFox.

Hence I ask myself the question/questions:
Was my account being managed by real people or AI bots?
If it was managed by real people, then why were my instructions/requests so blatantly disregarded??

In my personal opinion signing up with FollowFox did me & my account more harm than good & I deeply regret signing up with them. I will NOT be extending my contract with them. In fact I have changed my password mid-contract to prevent them accessing & doing any further damage to my IG account.

I do NOT recommend them. I hope that genuine IG lovers will not make the mistake I made!

I've tried at least three growth services and all brought fake bots 🙁I don't know how FollowFox manages it but they bring real followers and I am so thankful!

Ok, So I wanted to give a personal review. As a fashion model I take my content, following and career VERY seriously and have had businesses in the past that cheated me out of my money's worth. These guys HAVEN'T. Weeks before signing up I spoke to customer services literally for DAYS telling them what I had experienced in the past and they promised to prove Me wrong and that they could do WAY BETTER. I can't TELL YOU how AMAZING they have been to Me, whenever I've had a concern about my growth they talk to Me, My Insights are THROUGH THE ROOF DAILY, I get soooo many comments, my growth has been AMAZING and I'm only using their $98 package and wanting to get their biggest one. FollowFox has CHANGED My instagram FOREVER and truly did keep their word and show Me they could do better then the REST! I can't WAIT to see what their biggest package can do for Me.
