FOLLOWBEST: Never received my ring and never received the refund
FOLLOWBEST VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I bought a steel ring on this website last September 2013 and I never received it. I asked for the refund but no answer. I sent lot of emails, but I still not have any answer. And there isn't any phone number to join them directly, so you are in front of a wall.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE FOLLOWBEST.
J'ai acheté une bague sur ce site en Septembre 2013 et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. J'ai demandé le remboursement mais pas de réponse. J'ai envoyé beaucoup d'emails, mais toujours pas de réponse. Et il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour les joindre directement, donc vous êtes face à un mur.

Still havent received item!!!!!
I made a purchase for a new wedding ring for my husband as his is a very tight fit. I purchased the ring on September 10th and made immediate payment. It is now September 25th and my order still says, 'Awaiting Shipment'. Their website states that all purchases are shipped within 3-5 business days. I sent an email asking why it has not been shipped yet and they have not responded. I wanted to give it to my husband for our anniversary next week, but that will not be happening now. Very unhappy and will be cancelling my order and getting my money back.

Very bad customer service! New order... and disappointed again...
Placed an order 10 days ago, made payment straight away, status of my order remains as "awaiting shipment". Send 2 emails requesting information/clarification, they don't even bother to answer... Very bad customer service, will give them a few more days to respond, otherwise will cancel order and try to get my money back.

Made another order at followbest, paid straight away, and service here is even worse... Ordered product 2 weeks ago, status still remains as "awaiting shipment". I asked them a week ago about the unchanged status, and 2 days later I received their reply that my item would be shipped that day. Now, another week later, still no change in status and again no reply to my inquiry... Very disappointed with their customer service, needs a lot of improvement. I deal frequently with smaller companies on the internet, which deliver perfect service and keep their customers up to date with every step of the way, even send information if there is a delay.

I like my wedding ring
"The service was great. I was very please with the quality of the men's tungsten carbide ring.
"I have been thoroughly pleased with my Tungsten ring. I am not one that really wears much fashion jewelry. When my wife and I decided to get married I was left with a dilemma of what type of wedding ring I wanted. I though about sterling silver but from people that i know that have them like them because they are light weight but can scratch easily. For me Gold was not an option either since I just do not care for the look. I started looking for Tungsten carbide wedding band because of the durability and the fact that it feels substantial while I wear it. FOLLOWBEST.com was what I ended up settling my search on. One because they offered a full warranty on their ring and two because of the excellent selection. I have been extremely pleased with my purchase and if I am in need again will definitely shop them again."
