Every time I email for a refund they give me a fake tracking number and say they've issued another item and can't give me a refund. I'm reporting them to IG and the business bureau. This is ridiculous. They stole my money

I would have given a ZERO star but it didn’t let me . I was totally OVER CHARGED, contacted support through email . Never got a response. Bought the purple body shaver. The second the smoothing side touches your skin it turns off . The other side cuts you up even though they say it won’t cut you . And still no response

Return address required
I purchased some clothing from an ad and it arrived promptly.
Unfortunately the item is not suitable and I have been trying to return it.
Their website says to write asking for their return address but after exchanging 12 emails they refuse to provide.
To date I have been offered $5, $10 and now $15 for an item that cost over $100.
If anyone has a return address they can provide i would be most appreciative.

I ordered a set of tennis dresses off of their Facebook ad in April 2025. It is now August 1, 2025 and I have bot received the items or even a tracking number. Ironically, they have the nerve to send me advertisements via email. Do not buy from them...total scam.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I had the same experience. I ordered a memorial gift back in April- it’s now 7/1. I was told by them it’s “somewhere in the US”. They lie and they refuse to refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I will be reporting to business bureau which I suggest everyone else do. Foihletpath.com are THIEVES and STEAL MONEY! I will constantly be reporting them!
HORRIBLE!
They are HORRIBLE!! Do not order from them. I ordered my item on April 29th, and as of this writing, it is June 10th!! It has traveled the scenic route, and the parcel (if they are telling the truth) has been in the US since May 14th. It does not take that long from Colorado Springs to get to my home state. Never again.

Stuck with defective item, customer support horrific
I ordered the wireless visible earpick item a few weeks ago. When it arrived and I hooked it up, it worked for about 5 minutes before it kept dropping from its own WiFi that was provided by the manufacturer. I emailed customer support about the problem and they requested photos of the item, the Waybill and their SKU tag/QR code. I sent requested photos. They replied with “sorry for this inconvenience, since the return of this item would be too expensive for you, would you accept a $3 refund?” SERIOUSLY???? So I get a defective item and I get offered only $3 back with zero explanation OR full refund offered?? I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 weeks requesting a full refund and now all they are saying is “we are sorry for the inconvenience and will let the manufacturer know about the quality of the item” again….SERIOUSLY???
Save yourself the aggravation and DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Awful customer support, awful refund policies and very cheap products

The cameras thst I bought won't work and although they cost over $50 each the most they have offered is $18 total , totally unacceptable. Buyer beware. It's a scam.

I suppose it was my fault the price should have rung alarm bells it ended up not that cheap with US$ to AU and postage. I thought I was buying a EUFY S340 it is definately not.. no Solar Panel either. the plug pack with 750ml of power cable needed an adapter to fit Au 240v sockets. Its not compatible with my homebase 3 system.1 star for quick delivery its just a pity its useless.

I ordered a SD/TF/USB Card Reader from this company after viewing a Facebook add. It was sent with tracking information which showed it delivered to my address on October 16th 2024. The courier company has photo evidence of putting it in our letter box. However someone observed this happening and stole it - ascertained later when I queried non delivery. This company advertises that items sent by them are insured against theft. However, they do not honour this and send stupid emails bypassing this aspect altogether and telling me to check with our local post office - when previously they acknowledged the non-receipt of the item by me. I cannot claim on our personal household insurance as the amount is below the policy excess and in any case, I ordered from them BECAUSE their website said items were sent insured mail. False information!
