The Focus V legends

Focus v is a god-send company that makes awesome products for the best prices on the market. The Focus V team is filled with kind and generous people who love the community almost as much as I love fat dabs. I can’t wait to see what the FOCUS family pushes out in the coming year, I’m truly excited to see what’s to come.

Dylan and then Tony -- AWESOME!

Dylan and then Tony, were absolutely the best customer service reps ever. They actually listened to me. At first they thought it was the base of the unit, but I knew it couldn't be because we have two of the units here and I tried the base from the other unit that worked, and it failed on mine. So when I told them that, they heard what I was saying. Just awesome

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing! I had an issue with my device and Tony in customer service replied to me right away. He helped me through my warranty request and consistently replied in a timely fashion. He made the process very easy and stress free. I own both the Focus V Carta 2 and Aegis and both products are amazing! FocusV is definitely the way to go!

My carta stopped reconnecting with my…

My carta stopped reconnecting with my coil I reach out to Anthony and sent it in they shipped me a new one. When it went to the wrong address I reached back out to anthony.and he had a new one shipped to me again

Tony DiBartolo and Focus V are the…

Tony DiBartolo and Focus V are the best! I misplaced my rubber stopper for my Carta V 2. I was planning on purchasing another but they were not for sale on the site. I reached out and got in touch with Tony. He sent me a new stopper at no cost to me at all. It was such a wonderful experience and he was on top of everything! I will always recommend your products and of course top marks for service. I love my Carta V 2 and I love Focus V. Thank you all so much, customer for life!

Replacement Part

I broke a piece of my rig that wasn’t covered under warranty but they were accommodating and gave me a discount to replace it. They were responsive and kind.
