Caroline was incredibly helpful!
Caroline was incredibly helpful, providing service while remaining patient, and empathetic to my situation in a way that I really appreciated. I am really grateful for the kindness she maintained while assisting me in a stressful travel moment.
I would note, there was a $125 fee for this service/convenience.

Great customer service with a real live person
The Air Canada agent, Rina, was very knowledgeable about the "discounted" fares listed on Kayak, Expedia, etc and clearly explained how all their extra charges added up. I chose to book directly with Air Canada rather than through the other sites because of her help.

I am very happy with the customer service and help provided by United, unlike other airlines I did not have to beg and fight for a refund on my cancelled flight, which means a lot!! I would recommend this airline to anyone who feels insecure about booking an International flight. Thanks United!!!
