Cancellation Fee Charged by Flywithcloud but not by airlines
I made a big mistake contacting Flywithcould. Thought it was United Airlines. I was charged $150.00 to cancel a flight reservation I had made 5 hours earlier. Later, I contacted United Airlines directly and they said there IS NO CANCELLATION FEE for a reservation canceled within 24 hours. I contacted Flywithcloud to try and get the $150.00 back and they are stalling. So angry that I walked into this scam.

United Cancelled my flight
United Cancelled my flight. Will from United was quick to help me get my son on the next flight out so that he could attend his grandmothers funeral.

The cancelation process seemed muddied
The cancelation process seemed muddied. Leena, seemed more interested in speaking rather than listening, several times being reminded by me, that two people can't speak at the same time. That being said, she was very civil.
