The FlyVagary agent was very patient and persistent until he found what worked for us. We had to arrive in Japan October 11th and not before. We needed to arrive no later than the 14th for our son's and his family's schedule. That combined with trying to find lower prices became very challenging. However, in the end, we found what we needed.

She is also very polite to talk to. I have never booked a flight before. she made it comfortable to talk to and make my decisions.

I Have to say, this trip was a disaster!! Do you realize u never booked our seats together on any of the flights?
Last time we use your company for future flights to Spain. Also American Airlines we will never fly again. Their COVID restrictions are unrealistic and have nothing to do with international travel. We missed our first flight due to them demanding we have a Q code filled out. Not needed in the United States. Only entry into Spain. When we got there!!
We lost 2 days of our trip along with stolen jewelry and clothes from our luggage. Who steals clothes????😡😡😡 we will be filing a claim agains your company and American Airlines. We have never flown with them and never will again. Ever!!! Nor will we book with you again. It not only affected us who were flying but also my family on the other end in Spain.
