THIS GUYS ARE FRAUD AND SHOULD NEVER BE PATRONIZED, IF YOU'VE ONLY PAID THE MINIMAL DEPOSIT, CUT YOUR LOSES AND MOVE ON.
I BOOKED A FLIGHT IN DEC 2017 AND PAID THE REQUIRED £25 DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE QUOTED PRICE OF £395.. IN FEB. 2018 I OFFERED TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE SINCE THE FLIGHT WAS IN JUNE. MAX THE TRAVEL AGENT REFUSED TO TAKE THE FULL BALANCE BUT ASKED ME TO PAY PART WHICH I DID AND PAID AN EXTRA £200 TO THEIR ACCOUNT. I CALLED REPEATEDLY AND ASKED WHY CAN'T I PAY THE BALANCE AND GET THE TICKET ISSUED. HE SAID HE WILL CONFIRM WITH THE AIRLINE TO DECIDE IF I COULD STILL GET THE TICKET AT THE QUOTED PRICE. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS HE CAME BACK TO SAY I CAN'T GET THE TICKET AT THE AGREED PRICE BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA £100 OR LOSE MY TOTAL DEPOSIT OF £225 SO FAR. I ENDED PAYING £495 FOR A TICKET HE QUOTED AND SENT SENT CONFIRMATION AT £395 IN DEC 2017. THIS TICKET ON CHECKING THE AIRLINE WAS SOLD AT &406 DIRECTLY TO PASSENGERS ON THE AIRLINE WEBSITE, MEANING HE DID'NT SAVE ME ANY MONEY BUT I ENDED UP PAYING 255 EXTRA FOR THE SAME TICKET SOLD BY THE AIRLINE. WHEN I CALLED UP TO CONFRONT MAX ON THIS DECEIT HE JUST RAMBLED ON AND SAID ITS THEIR POLICY AND I AGREED TO BUY FROM THEM WHEN I PAID THE HOLDING DEPOSIT. ,

For me was happening the same,they`re don't reply to the email 3 days after they` re ask me to pay 125£ more to get a other ticket, I don't agree on that ,so no ticket ,money back after 5 days ,no instantly and also they`re get 50£ fee for nothing!!! ARE SCAMS,DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKET TO FLYPORT!!!!

Excellent customer service, got me the best deal

Advisor was silent on the booking fee until when the invoice was issued. A bit of worry somehow by putting additional cost on the fare you thought was cheap. Customer service was however very good- good communication and quick delivery of request. Will still use the service in future and would recommend the same to anyone.

Be very wary of this company. They kept on telling me my confirmation reference and when I checked,I was told by BA that no reference existed. This happened four times with four different numbers.
Then, to cap it all, the agent,John Kaul, demanded another £200 for the tickets. I felt I had no option but to pay. However,the tickets and confirmation details came through and were recognised by BA..
NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE FLYPORT.

There have been some bad reviews of Flyport on line so I was hesitant at first in using them. I must however say that Nomi Williams - my travel consultant at Flyport - has been extremely helpful. I travel a lot with a group and he will go out of his way to ensure we get the best price and fast turnaround. Asked for a ticket to Rwanda yesterday and today it has arrived at a price I could not have got elsewhere!

Tickets came through as promised, but company seemed poorly organised- I kept receiving two emails from different members of staff on the same day as if they don't speak to each other enough. Their written English is not great either.

Quick, honest and knowledgeable. Able to find me a flight at a most difficult time

WONT USE THIS SITE EVER AGAIN...I WAS ADVISED TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AND WAITED 3 DAYS , EMAILING THEM EVERYDAY WITH NO RESPONSE....ON THE 3RD DAY,I CALLED HIM UP, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS TO WAIT FOR THEIR EMAIL BEFORE I CAN FULLY PAY AND ISSUANCE OF TICKET..I WAS CONFUSED UNTIL HE SAID IF I DOUBT IT HE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT AND HANG THE PHONE ...SO RUDE!..AND A WASTE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME..

They are fruadlent,because I book a ticket with one of their agent and when payed in full,I was told that they have to change the ticket and have to pay another £215 again,because that was not our agree on,They are fruadlent.
Michael.And my was not refunded in full.

I would highly recommend Flyport.
AS before Max solved my travel problems within a very short space of time, returning my calls, or emails very quickly, going above and beyond finding my flight, local airport and the best price.

Started off on the wrong foot but eventually everything went well. Very helpful staff especially Max Mathur who I dealt with throughout my flight reservations. Keep it up

John reception on phone is very polite mannerism, clearly expressive in communication and matured spoken, he is a good listener, really patient guarding person and articulated his sales skills and customer relations throughout duration of his service from finding my flight, dates, to payment process and flight ticket issued by emails including confirmation checking if I received electronic issued ticket. A complete Satisfactory service. John come across not just as a good salesman but added niche of extra quality demeanour as he make me a customer to feel valued. Yes! I will certainly recommend my friends, family and associates to use your Travel agency.

DO NOT USE FLYPORT! They will give you quote for a flight, take your money, then when it comes to issuing you with your tickets, they will tell you to change you dates or you will have to pay more money.

Excellent service....prompt replies....and as an elderly person, your company explained and answered all my silly questions. Well done to JOHN KAUL...he has been exceptionally helpful.
