DO NOT BOOK ANY RESERVATIONS WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY DODGY! I booked a flight and then never got the confirmation so I called them. They charged me another $60 to confirm the flight and then I go to look up the confirmation and booking number on the airline website and nothing comes up. I contact the airline and they said that the reservation has been canceled. I contact Flyobooking and they cannot give me a straight answer, I would not book with them. They’re just a waste of time, I wasted two days of my time doing the back-and-forth and now the ticket prices have gone up.

This is a security measure imposed by the airlines, and we, as a booking platform, have no control over this.
As a result, the booking was declined, and since fares are subject to frequent changes, by the time you were able to use another card, the fare had indeed increased. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we regret that this impacted your booking experience.

Complete scam
Complete scam, booked flight and waiting for confirmation… nothing. I had to call them and spoke to foreign service rep who told me the price had increased by 82$. Canceled my flight and hoping payment doesn’t come through! They may be a legit booking company but I wonder how many people they get to pay up with this bait and switch price tactic?

I had a bad experience with DAVID- an agnecy from flybooking. He’s a scammed.
First, he call me to as an agency to book the ticket and I confirm him so many time I want premium economy class because i am travel with two little kids ( 2 and 4). He said he found the same flight ticket i want and said it gonna be a bit extra. I would take that deal and he told me he did not change any thing from my class. However, when I double check my booking, I realize he change 3 ticket to economy. I call him again to make sure that and he say my flight does not have premium economy while I have flown so many time with this exact flight number and same aircraft. I again call Amercan Airline to confirm and they said they have economy for this flight. I call him and gave him the clue from AA and he said he apologized for it. He said he can’t do anything by refund the full amount or upgrade a ticket to the class I want. So, who is wrong in this situation? Keep telling wait on his management team working on it. But I definitely announce that he is SCAMMED. Please aware from DAVID from this website!

This confirmation is only processed once we receive acknowledgment from the customer. However, we have noted your feedback and have initiated an internal audit to thoroughly investigate the situation and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Regarding your request for a refund, we would like to reiterate that the tickets purchased were non-refundable, as per the airline's fare rules. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot process a refund.
Additionally, we understand that you reached out to make changes to your booking free of charge. However, any changes to flights involve penalties and fare differences, which are determined by the airline, not us. We simply facilitate the process on your behalf.
