This review is for Reali, NOT Reali Loans.

My wife and I stumbled on Reali through a targeted ad and reached out to them after hearing great things through friends. Our agent in Los Angeles (Lena Pina) was an absolute rockstar. She held our hand as first time home owners, was patient and kind in times of frustration, and attended every single showing appointment with us. I was amazed by her dedication considering how many houses we viewed (20+) and how much our tastes and perspectives changed throughout the course of the engagement. Suffice to say - I had predicted it would take 6 months to find a home and with Lena (and a bit of luck) we accomplished it in 1 month. Our experience with Reali loans was not perfect, but what helped us the most was always feeling that we had someone fighting in our corner and ensuring we felt comfortable and informed before committing to anything. I will (and do) recommend Lena and Reali to all of my friends and family who are house hunting.

I initially learned of Reali when they did a workshop through my company. It seemed like a great company, and the rebate option seemed especially appealing, so I decided to talk with someone. I ended up worked with Sherie, who was fantastic. I'm a first time home buyer and didn't know much about what I was doing, and Sherie made the process painless — she was really patient with me, offered helpful guidance at every step of the way, and seemed genuinely thrilled for me when I found the perfect place and had my offer accepted. I would definitely work with Reali again, and am so grateful to Sherie!

We used the trade-in program from Reali to ease up the complexities of buying a house in COVID times. Lanette was instrumental to get our house. After helping us visiting several houses and making offers for two homes, we got what we wanted and they were also quick to sell our old one.

Our experience with Kathy Bradford at Reali was excellent. Kathy and her team helped us prepare our old home in Los Angeles for sale and sell it in a short time. She was available morning, noon and night to answer our questions and concerns as we worked through the process. At the end of all of this Kathy has become a dear friend to our family.

Reali helped us locate and purchase our new home in San Diego using the Reali trade-in process. We also had good experiences with Reali's Roger Cummings who showed us numerous homes in San Diego, including the home we now own. In working through the mountain of documents required to complete the Reali trade in program Adam Schmidt and Justin Richards were available when needed. Their assistance allowed us to close the purchase in a very short time.

My husband and I decided to move from Oakland to Sacramento in Spring 2021. We imagined buying and selling a home at the same time, in this market, would present challenges so began to mentally and emotionally prepare ourselves for the wringer. To our wonderment, our experience was nothing of the sort. As soon as we decided to list our home with Reali our agent, Lannette Sukkar, stopped by our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to prep for listing. We understood immediately she knew what she was doing and came with experience. Lanette kept us well informed of everything that was going on from start to finish. Our house went pending within a week and was sold shortly thereafter. Lanette is knowledgeable, honest, realistic, professional, and understanding. I highly recommend Lanette as a listing or buying agent if you are interested in a straightforward, no-nonsense, smooth transaction with an industry vet.

My experience with Daniel Tanori as our realtor exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, great personality, honest and timely manner in responding to my queries were impressive. His confidence in his abilities and always willing to help despite challenges is very much appreciated. Daniel together with his awesome team resulted to closing escrow in a short period of time. We are truly a happy customer 😋

Reali is an awesome company! Lena Pina is a wonderful agent and helped us secure our first property after a year of placing bids on multiple properties. Gazelle Tarzi with Reali Loans also did great in helping us get an excellent rate for our new property. Reali is the best and most affordable real estate company! We highly recommend them. We had a very smooth home buying experience with Donny from Reali. He always showed up on time for our property visits, and was very accommodating to our timelines. We visited close to 15-20 properties, and each time he would provide pointers and honest feedback. We eventually found a property we liked, and he helped to close the offer in a smooth manner. I highly recommend Donny for your homebuying needs.

I got in touch with Reali Loans via Zillow when I was looking to refinance. Although I ended up going with a different company in the end; Kaden T. (my Loan Officer Assistant) was great to work with. He reached out to me and made sure I was comfortable with the online application process; he was quick to answer or return my calls; he was very pleasant to talk to. I went with a different company because they had a better rate, but I almost stuck with Reali since Kaden was so great to work with. I'm happy to recommend Reali to other people since the process with them was easy and enjoyable.

Ron was great! It was great to have some one break down the process and show us how to be an educated shopper and educated buyer. Equipped with the knowledge he and his team provided, we were able to find the place we love while staying in our budget. He was able to provide insights on how to make strong offers without just spending.

I had an amazing experience working with my realtor Larry Smith. We started looking in a really hot seller’s market and finding a home was almost impossible. Larry got to know us very well and knew what we were looking for he was able to make decisions based on his knowledge of us. He was able to get us our dream home. He protected our interests every step of the way. We received return emails and calls right away.

I giving my experience 4 stars because booking viewing Appointments was difficult.

I don't recommend Reali Loans unless your are a 100% W2 income customer. We started a on-line loan application. It is a simple refinance on our primary residence where we have 80% equity. e.g. We wanted a lower interest rate over 15 years. Reali asked for $500 up front for processing fees. We started retirement this year. We have $2.5 Million in 401K and IRA and informed Reali of our withdrawal plan. We have $75K annual rental property income. Our credit is 800+. After 2 weeks, Reali insists we need custom written letters from our 401K and IRA institutions stating a 3 year proof of future income. This withdrawal plan is OURS and not the institutions plan. We contacted the 401K and IRA institutions. The institutions will NOT write a letter defining a Withdrawal plan. They will only provide the balance and the withdrawal rules. You can imagine the legal implications if they wrote withdrawal plans for customers. A 401K and IRA is not a fixed monthly amount like a pension. Reali says they can't move forward with our loan without the letters. We read the Fannie Mae B3-3.1-01 General income loan qualifications. No where does it state that the 401K and IRA institutions must provide letters of Withdrawal plan. We believe Reali in uneducated on how to process loans for retired customers. Long story short, Reali wasted 2 weeks of our time. We are waiting for our $500 to be returned.

We recently sold our house in Dublin,CA this month and the whole process from start to finish was seamless and well planned. Sherie and her team have great attention to detail, very responsive and were flexible throughout the process. Super happy with the service and will definitely use Reali again and also recommend this to anyone looking to sell.

Daniel with Reali is an excellent realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone that is reading this review. He was very helpful and guided me through every step of the process. I am a first-time homebuyer, and Daniel was very patient, knowledgeable of the market, and clearly explained to me every step of the process. I want to point out that Daniel moves quickly, and he is very responsive; I would hear back from him within 15 min if he did not answer me immediately. I am happy that I contacted Daniel with Reali and the Reali team to purchase my home since Daniel proved to me that he knows the market, and his advice helped me get the home that I wanted at the right price.
Once again, my family and I are thankful for your amazing and professional service.

We just purchased our new home in Long Beach, CA using Reali. While our experience with the company as a whole was not entirely positive (see below), our realtor, Kathy, truly saved the day and made it all worthwhile. She is kind and caring and was just lovely to spend time with. But more importantly, it is clear that she is very knowledgeable about the area and the home-buying process in general. She was extremely responsive to our needs (especially since we were not located in the area) and was able to work miracles to help us get the house of our dreams AND close in a month! She is truly a gift to work with and deserves so much praise. She works so hard for her clients and made us feel incredibly valued.
In terms of our experience with Reali, we encountered some disorganization and lack of communication on the operations end. There is definitely room for improvement there as their mistakes could have cost us getting our house. If it wasn't for Kathy's stellar work saving the day and picking up the slack, our rating would have probably been quite negative.

Positive Experiences w/ Reali from 2 states away! We were able to sell our house from two states away after moving, and not having to look back. Our Agent, Sherie Corsello in the East SF Bay Area, was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process of our sale; from our move out date, thru cleaning, staging, photos+marketing, posting the MLS, client walkthroughs (during a pandemic), multiple offers, and closing. We're very happy with her help and the Reali concierge service.

Larry Smith just sold our house for us. Our experience with him was exceptional. He is incredibly responsive and gets things done quickly. I would work with Larry and Reali again.

This was our first time selling a house, and Sherie and her team at Reali were very helpful in the process. We used their Concierge level service. We moved out of state and then put our house on the market. Once we moved out, we did not have to go back to do anything. They took care of cleaning, staging, inspections, etc. Sherie kept us informed at all stages of the process, and made things easy for us.
