Fly Dreamz is a SCAM company. They claimed they collect Port fees and excursion fees for Costco Travel. As soon as I made my reservation, Cruiseroyals, now Fly Dreamz congratulated me on my purchase and said they will handle the port fees and excursion for Costco Travel. I have questions for them and I called them and they said I needed to pay for my port fees. I paid $998. Two days later, I called Costco Travel and they did not know who this company was. I called Cruiseroyals back, (now FLY DREAMZ) and they said they would reimburse me, but it would take up to three bank statements to get reimbursed. they know what they are doing they’re scammers and they know if enough time has elapses then there’s nothing that your credit card company can do to give your refund back. I have been dealing with the merchant since last April and now it is January with no results stay away from the FLY DREAMZand CRUISE ROYALS…They are scammers!!!!

Renee went above and beyond her Call of Duty and made me feel very comfortable when I was jittery about the trip and she made my trip very anticipatuve with her wonderful personality she is an asset to your Airlines

Mr. Adam is who I booked with over a week ago. Mr. Bob Miller SAVED my flight when I was being scammed by perpetrating number who wanted me to pay for another flight ticket when I had already paid over a week ago. I was on the way to the Orlando airport at 4am at this time and Mr. Bob was very respectful even with me being extremely frustrated from me being scammed. He emailed me my boarding pass before 5am and I was able to board my 7am flight ON TIME and make it my destination in North Carolina. I called the same number that I spoke with Mr. Bob to confirm my boarding pass coming back to Orlando but this time agent Mr. Andy Jones was able to assist with sending me my boarding pass for my return flight to Orlando and did so within 10-15 mins MAX. I really appreciate Mr. Bob and Mr. Andy for their excellent despite rude supervisors who hung up on me just 2 hours before my flight to North Carolina. Do NOT call this number 1-858-293-9178 to get assistance, they almost ruined my family trip by having me pay more and still not even have a seat on a plane that I had ALREADY paid. Again job will done to Mr. Bob and Andy!!!

Scam . Total links itself to cruise ship reservations , intercedes . Trust get hundreds of dollars out of you and says if you do not you can not get on cruise . Called carnival . What a bunch of pigs . Beware of David . Ripping off seniors .
