NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. Unless you like losing money, then this is the perfect airline for you. If I could give negative stars I would.

Our flights were cancelled, in fact everyone’s flight was cancelled for 4 days or more no matter where you were going.

We ended up not going, and if that isn’t bad enough, they give you the run around and never give you your money back. Any money that you spend on hotel, Airbnb, rental car, all gone.

You would be lucky if you even got your flight money back. Still haven’t seen ours yet after a month. They even just sent an email and said the return flight functioned perfectly so they won’t be refunding us for that… ummm, they cancelled our flights, I don’t care if there were no problems with it, we weren’t on it and the airport staff cancelled it for us. Not like it matters much because we may never see a refund.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.It's the worst airline on the planet, worse than Ryanair.
They change flight times, cancel flights and never give you the refund. They never answer e-mails, are super unfriendly and simply screw you over!
DON'T EVER BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM!!

Flybondi hat 10 Stunden vor Abflug (21:50 Uhr - 09:50 Uhr) unsere Flüge (Familie, 3 Personen) per Mail annulliert. Es gab keine Ersatzflüge, keine Hilfe, keine Erstattung. Der Flug sollte von Iguazu (IGR) nach Buenos Aires (EZE) gehen.

Da am Folgetag unser Heimflug von Buenos Aires ging, hatten wir keine andere Wahl als einen Flug bei Aerolineas Argentinas zu buchen. Auf den Kosten für die Ersatzflüge sind wir sitzen geblieben.

Eine Antwort auf unsere Ersatzforderung haben wir nicht bekommen. Flybondi schweigt und ist nicht erreichbar. Wir raten von Flybondi ab.

ESTAFADORES DE PRIMERA, ME CANCELARON EL VUELO Y NUNCA MÁS, Y NUNCA ME DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO.

Man kann im Ausnahmefall Glück haben, alles läuft und das Personal ist mal nett (tatsächlich schon passiert), in der Regel gibt's jedoch nur Stress und Kopfschmerzen.

Mein Flug wurde im Januar kurzfristig gecancelt, die Rückerstattung wurde direkt beantragt und bis heute - April - habe ich keinen Cent erhalten. Stehe wöchentlich mit der Airline in Kontakt, die behauptet, die Rückerstattung sei angeblich schon erfolgt. Kommunikation natürlich nur auf Spanisch. Absolute Unverschämtheit, no recomiendo.

I'm here to add to the list of negative reviews and BEG anyone reading these whilst considering booking with Flybondi, to spend a little more and book with Jet Smart or Aerolineas Argentinas instead.

I've had 2 out of 2 flights with flybondi cancelled at the last minute with no viable option given other than a refund. That's fantastic but I booked these flights over 6 weeks in advance and now I had to book 2 flights within 24 hours, miss nights in hotels paid for and book extra hotel nights when I was supposed to be leaving. Flybondi's unreliability has cost me more than $2000 USD in related costs.

Pésimo. Mi vuelo Cordoba - Buenos Aires se retrasó más de 5 horas, lo cual no podía permitirme porque tenía vuelo a Europa desde Ezeiza. IMPOSIBLE comunicarse con la aerolínea para arreglar el problema, ni por el sitio web ni por teléfono. Tuve que comprar un pasaje nuevo y cuando llegué al aeropuerto e hice el reclamo, me dijeron que no podían hacer nada más que rellenar un formulario online. Se supone que al mes me tenían que contactar, pero todavía nada.

Mon avis vient hélas s'ajouter à tout ce qui a été dit: vol annulé, 4 jours avant de pouvoir revoyager. J'ai tout annulé contre une promesse de remboursement. Un mois plus tard: RIEN. Passez votre chemin. Choisissez Aerolineas (SkyTeam) un peu plus chers mais eux, volent!

Malisimoooo.....jamás una aerolínea cambió tantas veces de horarios..... llega tarde ...sale tarde..... te deja en el aeropuerto que quiere. En el que elegiste NOOO! Y EL RUIDO DE LOS AVIONES SON DE MIEDO!

Vlucht werd al 3x gewijzigd. En op de ochtend van de vlucht zelfs geannuleerd. Op het ingevulde formulier om het geldbedrag voor het retourticket terug te krijgen nooit meer iets van Flybondi gehoord.

We booked our flight from Salta to Buenos Aires 8 weeks ago, to allow a 2 day stopover in BA prior to flying back home to the UK. Flybondi, after changing the times of the flight (twice) and the airport (once) finally emailed 24 hours before departure to cancel the flight. No apology; just an option of 2 new seats at a different time for a cost of £320 more than we originally paid, as well as the threat of financial penalties on us (!) if we didnt take up their offer within 24 hours.
They are the ones who need financial penalties!
Please do not ignore the messages within countless poor reviews online (as we did) and instead steer well clear of this company.

Cancelled flights for me twice in 2 days, leaving me a big bill to book another and get to my destination.
Why is there not a flight regulator in Argentina that closes this airline? They get away with this time and again.

We suffered a change of airport in one flight and a random cancellation on the way back. Solving the problem cost us x4 more than the original ticket as they cancelled the day before. No compensation.

Compre el vuelo el 12/1 para volar el 20/3 A los dos dias me cancelaron el vuelo , pedi devolucion y sigo esperando el reembolso.

We had a flight from BA to Mendoza on a Saturday with a return flight on The following Wednesday. On Friday, our return flight was cancelled for “operational reasons,” so we changed our plans in Mendoza and booked a late Tuesday evening return to BA. At 5:22 pm Monday evening, we received an email from Flybondi that our new flight was cancelled. “Customer service” did not offer much in terms of a solution for us other than getting us to BA around 10:25 pm Wednesday night (2 hours after our international departure from BA). Also our flight from BA to Mendoza was delayed about 4 hours. Stay away from Flybondi!

Worst company in the world. They canceled my flight and they haven't returned my money. Its been 3 months already. Completely disaster!

Zunächst hieß es der Flug würde sich verzögern, das Flugzeug kreise aber über Ushuaia. 2 Stunden später wurde der Flug dann gecancelt, wegen der starken Winde.
Zwei Optionen bot man uns an. Entweder eine Erstattung beantragen oder auf 2 Tage später umzubuchen.
Auf die Nachfrage weshalb alle anderen Airlines weiterhin Landen und Fliegen, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Alle Onlline-Wetterdienste zeigten ein gemeinsames Bild. Es gab keine stärkeren Winde. Genauso die WindyApp.
Man gab den Wetterbedingungen die Schuld, wohl damit, dass man sie nicht in Regress nehmen kann.
Zwei Optionen bot man uns an. Entweder eine Erstattung beantragen oder auf 2 Tage später umzubuchen.
Unbedingt die Finger von dieser Airline lassen, der meiner Meinung nach schlechtesten der Welt.

Changed airports, cancellation, no way to change flight properly online because they either want your argentinian id for phone support or braziliian tax number (i’m neither). shit service in airport.
They charge you to check in no matter what. You get zero money cancelling a flight. Avoid at all costs.
