It's not clear shipping dates and delivery eventhoug I paid express, and contacting customer service phone number, lady hung up on me . Band manners, so sad.

Your site is easy to find the items I needed. Your options are great.

Misleading delivery information. The fans we wanted were listed as: "Instock, Ready To Ship usa canada." "Standard Shipping Lead Time :15-20 Business days"

What this really means is somewhere in the world the fans are in stock but, in our case, it will take over a month to receive them. After finding out this information out a week into the order I have now cancelled the order and have found a similar product that can be delivered in a week.
I will modify this three star rating depending upon how they handle the cancellation and refund.

As promised, I have since heard back from Flyachilles and I rescinded my order cancellation based on them offering an acceptable solution with a generous store credit, or equivalent discount off my existing order.
I still feel their website is confusing at best, and misleading at worse, and prospective shoppers should check on the delivery window if they need something in a hurry as I did in this case. In the end, order placement to item delivery will have been 6 weeks.

Modern lights at a good price! As a contractor, it is important to know where you can find above average fixture aesthetics. Home Depot is great for lumber, but does not meet all the needs of custom building projects! I was able to meet the needs of my client with flyachilles in the lighting category. The products look great and are nicely presented. My problem with your website is the search engine. I try to search key words, and everything else comes up, except for the lighting choices I am looking for. Round bulkhead light search brings up long dangly lights, square lights and all sorts of other lights but no round lights. The only reason I found the lights I ordered was due to the yahoo shopping search, which gave me the link to the round bulkhead light I ordered.

We have searched many websites looking for fans that met our aesthetic. We had actually ordered and received fans that looked and operated great but the remote control did not work properly with the fan. After multiple attempts to correct the problem, replacing remote receiver and ceiling cap we have sent the fans back. We found Flyachilles and have ordered two fan from them fingers crossed that we don't run into the same problems. Stand by!

We love the contemporary styles of your lighting solutions. It's hard to find this type of fixtures elsewhere on the web. The ordering process was streamlined and easy.

Great selection of lights.I odered I was a little confused about ordering the extra extender and color/size as I was only allowed to order with the light, so ordered two. Also, I entered my coupon code witch it did not apply, so that was discouraging.

We had been shopping around multiple sites for just the right exterior lighting, but Flyachillies had the best selection and strong pricing. Their checkout experience was also seamless; will use them again!
