Absolutely shocking service, soon as you attempt to withdraw they want documents after documents after more documents and even when you provide everything they ask for they are still not satisfied, won £1000 and still waiting for it. Not once was I provided with any sort of update and speaking on live chat the ‘agents’ couldn’t care less

I won money but the refused to pay my winnings because I haven’t got a birth certificate to verify my account they are just thieves

5 days and still not had my money scammers say it takes 1 to 3 days they ignore you send same reply it’s a joke

I was very wary of this site after reading the poor reviews .I am just a normal user so came here to say they paid out no problem .The first win was a slow payout which you are told about , after that they paid out just fine .Just like any other casino .I never do bonus offers , so maybe that helped .I always think they are fools gold but each to their own .

Absolutely awful. Worst site I’ve used. Won £150 and because I hadn’t wagered £300 or something daft I wasn’t allowed to withdraw it. So by the time I wagered it I had lost it all. Proper stupid site needs shutting down

2. They request many times to upload the same ID.
3. The verification QR code does NOT work.
4. You will have to pay £2.50 for a withdrawal.
5. The verification tool is hidden by black lettering.
6. They will ONLY accept PDF documents.
7. They will tell you that you have to wager forever!

Takes deposit no questions asked. When it's time to withdraw they will charge you £2.50 and request multiple forms of ID yo pay you back on to the same card you paid with. Just a scam to hold on to your money longer and charge you in the process.

I won over £5k at the weekend. Uploaded my documents. Passport, Bank Card, Thames Water Bill and O2 phone bill. Took a couple of goes, but YOU HAVE TO UPLOAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS AS REQUESTED.

Today my balance was £5250. I couldn't with draw money so I emailed Fluffy Spins.

Troy from customer services emailed me back and altered my account to be able to withdraw £5k per day.

2 weeks after winning £300 I'm still waiting for my money. They keep asking for verification of a card that's not even in use anymore even though they verified the card I'm using and took the deposit from it. I've been with this site for years and it's never been wonderful but is now a total disaster and scam.

No phone number, no live chat, be lucky to get a reply from the email address at all.

Won't verify my card but never ever contact you to say why, you just have to check your account to see if its verified or rejected. Zero communication to tell you what the problem is so you can rectify it.
Still they accept about 30 more deposits from the same card they won't verify
Had same problem with one of their sister sites jackpott games and i contacted their regulator, I was verified an hour later.
Shouldn't have to do that but will do so again if necessary

Complete dumpster dive of a casino. I literally just lose everytime, no been up once. Absolute waste. I understand there's a chance I'm gonna lose but a chance to actually win something would be nice also.

Great site seems to bring in features more then any other sites had to show proof on first withdrawl but was easy done would highly reccomend

When I saw all the reviews I was concerned and worried I wouldn't get my withdrawal. I won a fair amount yesterday and requested a withdrawal, I was told I needed to upload documents to verify my account and I was worried because it seems like loads of people have had difficulty with this process, I uploaded my documents and got an email this morning to say I was verified and my withdrawal was on its way, well I got my withdrawal with no problem :) I still have some left to withdraw as could only do £500 at a time, so hopefully it's just as easy getting the rest withdrawn! With the £2.50 fee, video slots and Mr vegas also charge that for a withdrawal and I think if you're withdrawing a good amount that doesn't really make a difference if it's winnings but I can see why people are bothered by it! (This is a real review honestly, just sharing my experience so people don't give up hope)

what a total scam, deposited £100 won nearly £800 since then can’t log in!!! Emailed half a dozen times no answer, no phone number or live chat! What an absolute disgrace. I won’t even bother reporting them seems that’s been done by a lot of players to no avail. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE IT REALLY IS A REPULSIVE SCAM !!!!!

I finally git my money. But it took weeks, and they removed it from my account making me think it was just gone, I argued considerably with them, I had to go to my bank and get a statement printed with a stamp on it to get it confirmed by fluffy , then 3 days later my winnings reappeared as if by magic then I got my money but minus £2.50 not sure why they took a fee for giving me my winnings? Still don't trust them plus they charge you for a withdrawal?
