I ordered 3 days in advance a bouquet…

I ordered 3 days in advance a bouquet of Roses for my wife on valentines and it arrived at 10pm on Valentine’s Day. More importantly, had I not followed up with them, it was eventually going to be delivered the next day.

Flowers have different size and no decent postcard, looks cheap

The flowers look way bigger in the photo, in reality they are much smaller and you can see the gaps inside, it's not even trying to get cover. Also I requested a message, which usually should be written in a post card, but instead they print the message in a normal paper sheet, with the details of the purchase, address, etc, horrible, looks cheap. Also my indications were, call me or message me before arriving so I can receive the flowers to give it directly to him, but they didn't do that and instead they ring directly the door, ruining the surprise.

Very poor service and poor quality flowers

I booked the flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day between 9am and midday one week earlier but they deliver them next day afternoon and very bad quality flowers and rapping

Disaster I am so disappointed

Cake never arrived

Cake never arrived, no calls despite leaving my mobile number and no reply to our calls. We waited until 10:44 and had to leave to the party with no cake. No not only expect a full refund but compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent

Excellent, beautiful bouquet.

Just be aware that after you pay for the flowers, additional charges will be added for delivery that don't show when you purchase, and they ask you to pay the day you choose for the delivery.

I ordered flowers and chocolate for a…

I ordered flowers and chocolate for a my friend’s birthday. But she receives incomplete. She received the flower only. Then i asked for picture, so embarrassing to asked where is the chocolate, she said, she didn’t receive any. So she contacted the number on the card several times, message them on whatsapp, no apologies at all. It’s rude. I ordered from AU, uae number is required so it’s hard for us overseas customer.

Stressful Experience

This review is based on my personal experience using the Flowwow app.

I placed an order two days in advance for Valentine’s Day, expecting a smooth delivery. I later realized that Flowwow works as a broker and fulfills orders through third party suppliers in Dubai, which is completely fine. However, I believe the responsibility for the overall experience still lies with Flowwow.

Unfortunately, their supplier Gifts & Co completely ruined my Valentine’s Day. The order was supposed to be delivered by 1.30 pm at the latest. By 7 pm there were no proper updates and no one was answering the phone. It was very stressful, especially on such an important occasion.

In the end, I had to drive myself to their warehouse, where I waited at least 30 minutes for the order to be prepared so I could collect it personally. What was meant to be a simple home delivery turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

To be fair, the flowers were good in quality, although the photos on the app were a bit misleading compared to what was received. Still, that does not make up for the overall experience.

When I contacted Flowwow for help, I was simply told to raise a complaint against their supplier. I honestly believe it is Flowwow’s responsibility to choose reliable partners and make sure delivery times are respected. As a customer, it should not be my job to chase suppliers or go to a warehouse to collect an order.

Very disappointing experience, especially on a special day.
