If you are looking for a science based course/program to help enhance your coaching skills, HFC is an excellent program to serve your purpose. I enjoyed every minute of it!

Zero to Dangerous is a good course but dangerously overpriced. Aimed at small businesses and individuals but offered at a Fortune 500 company cost. Needless to say, going through the material in the 8-week course has helped me become more organised, less overwhelmed which is what attracted me to it. I have the opportunity to review the material, which is great as there’s a lot of high yield content to work through. The information isn’t new and likely available in their texts but the video format and live group coaching calls makes it accessible. Re: the weekly 30-minute coaching calls (not 45 minutes), book them straight away! This, for me was the biggest bonus of the course apart from meeting very interesting people in my cohort.

At USD $7,000, the course is very overpriced. I would suggest hiring a coach outright for an hour per week and possibly be more productive.

I tried valiantly to cancel this course a month before I started (long story) and in short, FRC has a ‘NO money back guarantee’. This is poor customer service in my mind as most reputable companies offer a 14-day cooling off period, especially where use of the product has not started.

My coach (Amy) worked really hard to ensure that this course delivered and she did an amazing job! Top drawer. This removed the initial sourness of the experience, bringing my rating up to 3-stars.

Fantastic program especially for high achievers. No matter how much you think you know. You will def learn more and fine tune your life to the better.

Great program. Critical to help understanding the science and art of peak performance. It's fundamentally changed my outlook on productivity.

No program is without its flaws, but all-in-all this program has some incredible people, knowledge, research, and models/approaches are phenomenal. They make it easy to understand, pretty easy to understand how to implement, and they connect the work to many things many of us have heard about before, taken webinars on, etc. That interconnectedness of things and how it all works together is pretty magical and definitely helps elevate your current experience while making the big dream possible. I like the cohort experience - hearing from people around the world creates very rich conversations and synergy.

Despite never having completed a Flow Research Collective Course, the content put out by Flow Research Collective has nonetheless been life changing, including their books, YouTube, and newsletters. Thank you to Flow Research Collective for being an inspirational resource for everyone who chooses to engage. Excited for what's more to come.

High Flow Coaching provided such clarity to the coach I want to become. Having finished Zero to Dangerous, I was able to walk away with a lot of great tools but High Flow Coaching took it to another level not only for myself for now in my ability to bring it to others. The training is steeped in research and the training is logical and easy to follow.

The course is dense with useful information and tools. The coaches are great about listening and helping if they can. I took the Zero to Dangerous course a few years back and found it absolutely phenomenal. The information and applicability of it is outstanding.
