Within three weeks, I was able to start instituting practices to help my day in every way.

Practical, powerful and highly implementable advice along with the structure and support to implement and maintain.

Very dense in content and fast-paced, but hugely impactful and learned loads. And still a big chunk of material waiting to be read or re-read, and looking forward to go back into it, be it for refreshing the memory or diving deeper into a certain topic. The platform is great and the material is top.

There is a lot to learn but they break it up into manageable chunks. It is great that they allow you to go back and review and complete sessions. I also like the bonus videos and training.

Amazing impactful information delivered by sharp, caring, and hard-working people. I learned so much from this group and it made such a positive impact that I want to join them!

I under took the FRC program before taking on an MBA - It was a very good stepping stone into focusing for academic and deep work

I especially liked the videos that tool you through you phone settings to reduce the amount of notifications, pick ups and screen time

Generally I feel like my focus has improved - yet this is a combination of my desire and the program

Flow Research won over my skepticism quickly with reviews. I would like to "pay forward" on this as well. I have only really begun to implement the principles, but am seeing results in managing distraction, recovering and enabling better, clearer thinking. I cannot wait to get all of this stuff - there is a lot to digest - into practice and see the results.

Half way through my eight week program and impressed with the access to the work, and processes of some of the greatest minds and peak performers in the business with shared resources and high level coaching, a rare find. Many of us struggle to find answers to tough questions and models for us to follow and access for guidance and support to reach the next level of performance. FRC is on to a great and much needed training...

Great program! We often know what we should do and don't really act on it. With Zero to Dangerous, you understand why it's important, and have the place and time to put it in practice. The time with your coach really help to master yourself.

This experience has been so eye opening and wonderful. Prior to the course, I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Now I have tools and guidance on where to start and what to do. So much great information to implement!

Awesome content, extremely well organized and delivered. Very high density and volume, not realistic within 8 weeks - even in my 2nd time through.
