I LOVE Kneeflow!

I LOVE Kneeflow!! I’ve had 2 knee surgeries from sports injuries and have avoided a 3rd bc I use the Kneeflow daily and have had wonderful results. I bought one for my 88 year old mom who had said she wasn’t going to travel anymore because of her knees. But she started using the Kneeflow and now we’re scheduling a family trip to Paris!! Thank you Kneeflow!!

Kneeflow saved me!

Kneeflow saved me!! I broke my kneecap in half and after my surgery I used kneeflow as a mjor part of my therapy and healing. It worked miracles and today my knee is in great shape! I can even sit in meditation pose and I walk 5 miles a day. I continue to use Kneeflow regularily to keep both my knees healthy and youthful at 68 years young!

Thank you to Kneeflow for reaching out. I ordered on Nov 24 directly from your website, the product was $139.00 and shipping was $26.00 with my FSA (per my receipt). I VERY rarely write reviews this negative but my experience with this company was poor and that's just the simple truth.

I ordered this massager around the Black Friday sales and got it in early December. It shipped directly from China and shipping wasn't fast, especially given that the shipping fee was $26, yes you read that right.

I tried the item as soon as I got it and found it to be, frankly, uncomfortable, so I went back to the website to see how to start a return.

This is where the problem began. There is no easy return process. You must contact the company and they will deem whether you even get to return the item or not.

So, following all of their directions, I reached out to company via the email address they recommended and had to follow up about 2 or 3 times with many days in between - no answer. Finally, I found their website contact form and emailed them thru that and finally got a human email back. They asked for a video and pictures as proof that the item was in good/original condition, which I promptly sent that to them. I got no reply despite following up after.

At this point it was mid-December and seeing as I was hitting a wall with these folks, I filed a dispute with the FSA card I used to pay for the item. I attached all the emails I sent Kneeflow, the link to the video, the page with the return policy, basically all the evidence that I had truly done on my part in trying to make a simple return, however, the dispute was denied because card company deemed the fact that the product was received was enough. I would appeal this but I’m tired of dealing with this, to honest.

So now I'm out $165 and have an item I will never use. It's not Kneeflow's fault I was denied by the card company but I believe Kneeflow themselves did not act in good faith in this process.

If you tell people to email your customer service email address with any issues, you better reply when they email you multiple times in the span of a few weeks – I was far from spamming you. And as the customer, I shouldn't have to hunt you down. You have a 30-day money-back guarantee period that starts the day someone PURCHASES, not the day they actually receive the item - very convenient considering it takes a solid week to receive, not something a customer can predict. Combine that, the lack of response and the incredibly stringent return policy, I have to assume that you never intended to honor your guarantee. The item was tried out 1 time for 5 minutes at most, carefully repackaged, thoroughly photographed and videod as per your request and yet no reply. How many more times would I need to have followed up? I was polite and compliant each time.

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with Kneeflow’s customer service. Please do not purchase from them if you suspect you may need to return the massager, it's not worth the headache. There are other vendors out there with similar massagers that will work with you if you are not fully satisfied instead of slapping guarantees they don't intend to honor on their website.

The item itself is alright, like I said, it was not comfortable for me, the air-bag pressure massage was not pleasant and felt like my circulation was being cut off. There IS a way to turn that off but I didn't buy $135 massage to turn off a major feature. That's just my personal preference. If you have skinny knees, you may find it to be just fine. The heat and vibrations did feel nice.

Overall just deeply unpleasant experience.

We would like to know at what price did you purchase because our black Friday offering was for USD99 + shipping, whereas you are claiming you are out USD165? In your last paragraph you state you spent USD135? When we will initiate request information, please clearly state the amount and your order number so we can refund the correct value back to you.

Lastly, we are sorry the massager did not provide the relief you were seeking. We have had thousands of happy customers and some who did not find it comforting enough and hence got a refund as per our policy.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you went through post purchase. Rest assured, we will refund your purchase given you followed the correct protocol as labeled in our T&Cs.

Great Relief & Recovery

I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I fell like expressing my satisfaction with the Kneeflow Massager. Due to a sport injury I have been using it for relief and recovery and it has been helping a lot, as part of my physiotherapy. Thx a lot team @Kneeflow and keep up the great work!

Almost perfect!

The design is sleek and the heat + compression combo feels amazing. My only minor complaint is the battery life, its not bad, but could las a bit longer. Still very happy overall.

Great value for the price

I've seen similar devices in physical therapy clinics for double price. Kneeflow gives the same relief at home, without expensive sessions. Been recommending it to my coworkers too.

Relief I didn't know I needed!

I bought the kneeflow Massager out of curiosity thinking it might help a little. I've been pleasantly surprised - it's now part of my daily routine. My knees feel lighter and I've cut down on painkillers significantly. Definitely worth the purchase!

After struggling with knee pain for months, I decided to try the KNEEFLOW knee massager- and it's been a relief! I love using it after workouts; the heat and compression help so much with recovery.
It's simple to use and surprisingly effective. Wish I'd found this sooner!
