Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.

Paddles and large boxed items are shipping securely with Parcel Force.
Our kayaks are delivered directly by ourselves or occasionally private, trusted courier to minimise handling and potential damages.

Great service went in not knowing much about life jackets came out with one that fits like its made for me. The owner helped me choose spoke of options clearly knew what he was taking about would recomend giving them a call if you need anything. Great shop.

no measurements, no customer service at all
There were no measurements on the link for the helmets. I emailed to request this information and got no reply. After a couple of weeks I ordered 2 helmets to try and return one. I emailed again to clarify the returns address…… guess what? No reply ! I was looking at PFD’s from this site but will not bother buying one from here

Sorry that the size guide wasn't showing on the website. We are continuously working to improve our website but as it's just the two of us it does take some time to get through. December was a particularly busy month for us and we struggled to keep up, we are in the process of hiring an extra set of hands to help us stay on top of enquiries whilst we are serving customers in the shop.
