Nicole trained as a florist in Norwich as a young person in a very busy city shop. She has also worked in several florists; owned an Interflora Shop and a Specialist Wedding Floristry business before concentrating all her knowledge, efforts and experience in the business that opened at Norwich Railway Station in November 2010 - FLOWERS NICOLE. Our FLOWERS NICOLE team creates all bouquets on the morning of delivery in our local Norwich shop. With several delivery options we can do same day delivery in Norwich. Packed in water and always beautifully presented, we can also get flowers delivered Nationwide to any place in the country - and we can even get flowers delivered to those inaccessible 'hard to find' delivery postcodes. You will find us on the Concourse at Norwich Railway Station, just through the arches and on your right hand side. We have a lovely 'Pick & Mix' selection of flowers to choose from. You can have as much or as little help as you would like to create a personal and individual bouquet of flowers in a flash, right before your eyes! Or you can grab a 'ready to go' bouquet - already prepared for your convenience. Locally produced greetings cards of Norwich and Norfolk are readily displayed to one side of our shop and we also have small houseplants in tin buckets

Dear Peter,
Apologies that your flowers were delivered late this time.
Unfortunately we do not have the bandwidth to arrange timed deliveries except for weddings or funerals.
As you can imagine, a lot of people are not home when we deliver their flowers and our systems & processes cater to this scenario.
If the recipient is not home we will find somewhere safe, or a kind neighbour, and leave a card through the door of the recipient to let them know where their flowers are.
However, I did finally get to speak to your recipient personally to arrange delivery as you specifically requested on your order.
You are a repeat customer Peter, we appreciate your feedback & your custom is very much valued.

Stunning arrangement.

Flowers stunning but wrong chocolates!
The flowers were stunning, thank you - but I ordered Norfolk Truffles and the recipient got Dairy Box. It would have been good to know that what I ordered wasn't available.
