They produced a beautiful wreath for my Uncle's funeral. Professional and empathetical. They went out of their way to help to ensure the wreath was delivered on time, due to the unusual time of the funeral service. Thank you for all your help.
WONT USE THEM AGAIN. Ordered flowers in the morning for a delivery in the afternoon providing enough time. Received a delayed message and rang, was told 4.32pm would be the delivery on the same day, didn't show up, sent notice late afternoon. Rang them the next morning and a man answered said the driver had issues, would be delivered this morning some time, when I said 'right' then hung up on me. Spent $125 on flowers to be delivered on the same day as their website stated and just terrible service, so rude. Won't use them again.
The bunch of flowers received by my cousin was not like the picture. I could have got a bigger bunch from Woolworths for a lot less! Only 3 Australian natives and the rest were filler branches. delivery was prompt - as expected as it is only 5 minutes from the shop. Disappointed in how skimpy the bunch was for the price ($100).
Ordered a wedding gift of flowers and champagne. Flowers arrived and the roses were sad and brown on the edges, the champagne arrived in a sad brown gift bag, not in the box as the picture shows. Very disappointed as I flagged this with them and never heard back.
Our client sent a photo of the flowers and gift hamper we sent them today and they looked amazing. We didn't realise our client had moved offices and the delivery driver managed to get in touch with them and find the correct address for delivery, so we're extremely grateful they went the extra mile to ensure they received our gift. Great service, really nice flowers and hamper, and one happy customer :)
The small cherry blossom bouquet I received didn't look as nice as their picture. Very disappointing and the flowers were not fresh. Too much green leaved Viburnum and the delivery driver left them in the wrong spot.
This is the weakest place to order flowers from, found a merchant that is only 10 minutes drive by car from one of the locations that is close to my house could order online so I thought give them a call and to be told oh that’s to far from the hills district and we don’t deliver that far, well let me say I live in plumpton area and if that’s to far well I definitely won’t be rocmending you to anyone and will posting this message on your Facebook page as well, being my 20 year wedding anniversary i hey spend plenty of money with a company in these hard times and keeping local businesses afloat well let me say no business from me anytime soon or ever, absolute joke of a place.
