I cant believe this still happens

I cant believe this still happens. Ordered flowers to sY thabk you to my HR department abroad and specify to call the person if noone is at the office as it wasa surprise thank you. They blew it and didnt eve bother calling her. She had no mias call and no flower! Total incompetence ! Now she ll be back in office in 5 days so what happens next ro the flowers and my cash? You blew it off. Never again you blew it for me too.

Delivery error

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday to be delivered to her. I entered her address for delivery. I was then asked to enter my address for payment and my address was then populated in the delivery field without me knowing. It resulted in my friends birthday flowers being delivered to me at 8pm on the day of her birthday when it was too late to fix. The website is difficult to use.

We're disappointed to hear the your peonies never bloomed as planned. Sometimes fresh peony buds can have some sap on them which is sticky and prevents the delicate petals from opening. If this happens, we recommend using a cloth with some warm water to gentle remove the sap.

I wish I'd chosen Pulbrook & Gould.

I wish I'd stayed with my original choice of supplier - Pulbrook and Gould - who were utterly charming and personal but slightly daffy on the automation. Maddeningly I chose Flowerbx instead who have turned out to be the reverse: uncharging, impersonal automatons who dealt with my order problem as if I were an inhuman numpty.

Flowers are beautiful. The delivery driver delivered it to a different property. A neighbour luckily got in contact to tell me, so I got them eventually

I have ordered many flowers from Thai service , the flowers have been exceptional . For the first time am so disappointed with the peonies subscription. The peonies I ordered have just not opened. I hope the next bunch will be better.
