Amazing experience!
As soon as I sent the team at Flothemes a message, I received the most helpful guidance and support. It could have been a frustrating situation, but they were patient and explained to me exact steps what I needed to do, and even went in and did it for me. FloThemes makes creating a professional, aesthetic website so easy. I recently updated to Pronto All-in-One and am in awe of all of the different options (through their FlexBlock system) they have for you to choose from. It's literally an "ooo, I like that, *clicks it*" and you have it. Their FloLaunch system also makes it so easy to work on your new website without having an "Under Construction" page up, but instead having your original website live and functional.
Their support has always been phenomenal as well. I've only submitted a few tickets since my time with them, but each time I've been helped quickly and successfully.
I plan on sticking with FloThemes for awhile as I've seen nothing better out there and am very happy with the product and service!
