Best customer support ever

These guys deserve 10 stars! The response time was lightning fast, and the staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful (shoutout to Steve for not giving up on my crazy customization request, and doing his best to help me). On top of that Flothemes is fantastic to work with - I really can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent technical support!

Flothemes provided excellent technical support with my website. They were quick to respond and figure out the issue for me. The support that the Flothemes team provides is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that truly cares about its customers. Thanks again!

Efficient and Quick!

I received super quick and efficient help from the flothemes team!
In less than 24H my problem was solved and my website was working again!
I would always recommend flothemes for their beautiful themes and great team!

I had an issue with my website loading…

I had an issue with my website loading on tablets. The team got back to me within a day and fixed the problem but turning off a redundant plugin. The speed in which they handled it is so important to the business being able to capture leads. Thank you so much!

Always Good Support

I have been with Flotheme's for several years. As a business based in Africa, it's great to know that support is always on hand - They always reply to my support tickets and give solid advice and help when required. It's always a pleasure dealing with their support staff.

Top notch customer technical support

Again, the support was exemplary! To deal with quality support who knows how to solve issues is refreshing in this day and age! Some larger organisations need to take note of Flothemes support.
