1 am an unwilling custumer of floranext through the florist website. the contact form of Jansen's Ferndale floral in Washington USA sends messages to jean's flower shop in canada. The pictures are all the same on both website, and the florist is not able to realize the composition. This is totally inappropriate I am sorry to say that. You are going to send the wrong signal to customer not only the florist but also people like me who purchase and make your living.

The most swiftest service and friendliest customer services staff! Need tech support? Express services is on the way from Floranext! I’m just getting started as a newly built website through Floranext’s “screen share” assistance, but so far, I am very satisfied. Thank You, Sarah, Paul, and Kila 💐

I am very not impressed with the whole Floranext websites. When it comes to building a page on their platform all I have is text editor. It's nearly impossible to style or edit a page so it looks nice.

Everything looks outdated like it's from 2007. Not too mention their marketing practices are poor.

If this was updated we'd know that Google no longer supports the Universal Analytics which should just be removed from this website as a feature as a whole.

The page builder is called Tiny MCE, which isuseful back in 2007, but in 2024 it's no longer relevant as a page builder, text editor yes, page builder, no.

The website has a feature to add keywords, which is a depreciated meta tag going back years now. Using this is a spam signal, and can do more harm than good, this feature should be totally removed from the website.

i just added Floranext to my shop about a week ago. It is amazing. It is super user freindly and that is great because I am a florist not a techy. The customer support has been unbelievable, and I feel like the tracking of my sales is going to help me immensly. Also the design tickets are affordable and have my logo on them now. We love Floranext!

We started our flower shop journey a year ago. Things were slow at first. We knew we needed an online presence and fast.

I have an IT background and I’m aware it’s a lot of development to create and maintain your own site (PCI compliance, shopping cart, site content, etc). I didn’t want the hassle. We were looking for an affordable system tailored to florists. Most importantly, it had to be easy to use. I don’t remember how I stumbled upon Floranext, but I’m glad I did.

Our Floranext representative was able to get us started right away. Integrating the payment portion of the site was painless. They walked us through the whole thing. We didn’t have a lot of content to post in the beginning. Luckily, the system provides a large selection of products to start. Very little effort is needed to add or remove products. Changing the home page for holidays and seasonal offerings can be done in a few clicks.

My favorite feature to date is the automated email message to customers once their order is delivered. It asks the customer to provide a review. This boosted our visibility on Google.

I love Floranext ease of use. It is very user friendly. Floranext makes taking orders a breeze. I love that you can route from a map and no guessing on where the deliveries are.

Floranext is a great website built for florist. It's easy to use I can add, edit, and delete all my products. When I wanted to add special event packages to my website but wasn't sure how I called customer service and James did all the work for me. I'm very happy with Floranext service.

Floranext is a fabulous website and POS platform for florists. It is easy to use and has great support if you have a question. They helped me set everything up on my computers and printers, which was easy. They are always upgrading with new features too.

We find that FloraNext provides us with a wide variety of services that help us better run our business. From delivery routing, iPad integration, subscriptions/standing orders, and billing services they are able to meet our needs and save us time/resources. The software is also easy to use!

Floranext has been a complete lifesaver to me and my company!! The customer service is off the charts amazing!

Santamary Florist has been using their website service since June of 2012, and we couldn't be happier, many orders generated, they all come in at 100%, and the customer service in the very few times we have had to use them have been exceptional.
