Floraly are the worst!

Floraly failed to deliver a very important bunch of flowers to a dear friend of mine on her Birthday. The order was placed well within the timeframe required for an inner-city delivery. Not only did they not call me to tell me, but they also left it 48 hours+ to send me an email informing me of their inability to fulfill the order. By which time it was of course much too late. They offered no compensation just some nonsense explanation. Truly awful service. They not only disappointed me but also my dear friend who is so unwell, she is unable to leave the house and was expecting a gift from me on her Birthday. She received nothing. My advice, choose another flower delivery company, ANY other flower delivery company.

Exceptional customer service: best value for au I have found!

For the last 2 years, I have used this company via UK to send displays and hampers to my relatives in Sydney and Perth. The quality of flowers and value for money is the best I have tried over a decade. Recently I had extremely impressive customer service (thanks Olivia and Poebe!) which was a delight in these days when it’s impossible to get in touch with a live human! Emails were answered immediately to rectify my error with an address and contents adjusted ( due to supply issues) with great communication. Everything arrived within 48hr ( for Christmas ) and everyone was delighted. Wish I could add photos!

Nothing like what’s shown on the website.
Was offered a refund after I sent photos to explain my disappointment which was then rescinded.
Very unhappy with not only the arrangement but also the customer service.

Stale old flowers and such a sad bunch…

Stale old flowers and such a sad bunch to look at. Cheap fillers and a few roses that were falling apart by that evening. I hate to think what my son paid for them but I had to act like they were great.

Flowers could be better; good customer service though

I ordered some Mother’s Day flowers and paid extra for a larger bunch. However, they were really small and unimpressive comparative to the price I paid. That being said, when I complained customer service were really responsive and sent out a second bunch straight away.

Excellent service

I ordered flowers from UK to be delivered to a relative in Australia. Ordering was simple. Customer service was excellent. The flowers were delivered on time and looked lovely. The recipient sent a photo. Customer services also provided me with a photo of the delivery. It was a leap in the dark to choose a company I hadn't heard of in a foreign country but they turned up trumps - thank you.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in law on the 28th July 2022. It is now 4th of August and the $101 worth of flowers still haven't been delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the clearly are a dodge company that take money and do not deliver the goods!

Flowers have not been delivered

Flowers have not been delivered. Tracking says they were delivered. When contacted via email Floraly maintains they have been delivered and does not offer refund despite asking.
