I ordered a bouquet with 2 balloons and they never arrived at destination because they explode during the delivery apparently.. same for the card message.. never arrived at destination.. can happen but they should refund the entire order or send another COMPLETE order to destination

All worked fine, except the flowers when delivered seemed slightly aged, not the fresh flowers I had hoped for

Super friendly and easy to use. I tried several other companies in the Philippines and none would deliver to my location. Not only does floral delights deliver but they do it same day short notice as well! Thank You!

My experience dealing with Floral Delights was a pleasant and easy process .
It was my first time arranging to have a floral arrangement sent to my girlfriend in the Philippines to surprise her for her Birthday .
The flowers were exactly like the picture on the Website , fresh and fragrant and my girlfriend loved them along with the vase and balloon .
I will be using Floral Delights for my future Floral requirements in the future .
I thoroughly recommend using Floral Delights and will be telling my friend who also has a girlfriend in the Philippines .

The communication was excellent. The flower quality was great. The service was excellent. How ever the courier delivered the wrong flowers which were half the size and had the incorrect card. The message on the wrong card was not received well resulting in a huge fight and ending of the relationship.

The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time and so fast I’ll order there again

One advice for fellow customers - please provide the recipient's phone number in your delivery instructions for the delivery person to avoid confusion when it comes to locating the destination; this florist uses a third-party delivery service.

Orders the wifey flowers from the US to her in Cebu.. Order was delivered on time and was a great surprise. Great quality service and follow up each step of the way. Will be ordering again.

Made an order from NZ to be delivered to a friend who lives in the Philippines and the process was super easy online. The gift turned up on time and was good quality, thank you so much.

The service was truly excellent. Even though I wasn’t able to answer the delivery driver’s question about the landmark, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

I was genuinely surprised that they managed to deliver even to such isolated and remote areas... that was really impressive. On top of that, I placed the order just the day before, or possibly even the same day considering the time difference from where I was ordering... which makes the successful delivery even more remarkable.

Most importantly, the delivery was completed exactly as planned, and I truly appreciate that.

I ordered their "Cupid's Delight" worth 2,799 on Feb 9, to be delivered on 02/13. I called early to confirm the delivery. When the courier arrived, To my disappointment, they delivered the wrong bouquet, an obviously inferior one. I called them and told them about the error. They sent out another courier to pick up the bouquet (And they should have already delivered the right one, but didn't). A few minutes later another courier arrived, and asked for the item to be picked up. I told them that I was expecting a delivery (The florist made a mistake in the booking process). I called the flower shop again. Some time after, courier #3 arrived. I was hoping that they got it right this time but NO. They sent another subpar bouquet. NOT worth what I paid for. Despite several calls and attempts to give them the opportunity to get it right, I did NOT get the bouquet I ordered. They offered a 15% refund. 15%!!! Not even half of what the order was, not to mention the inconvenience I experienced. I will definitely NOT order again. And I definitely do NOT recommend this shop.I understand that they're busy because of the occassion, but three mistakes without resolution is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Poor customer service and poor quality.

If you're living and/or residing outside the Philippines and you want to send beautiful fresh flowers to you love ones. This is the place to be. Incredible service. Excellent customer care.
