I've been a regular customer for a few years now. Only ever had one issue out of my many orders and they were happy to resolve it. Great customer service, awesome range, amazing ethics. So glad the store is back and running after the changes - never realised how much I relied upon it once it was gone! All that's needed to make the store better is an even bigger range and better way to request products/brands

The floral wreath that was created for my mother in laws funeral flowers was exceptional and was admired by so many on the day. We could not believe that what we had visualised had been made. So very impressed thank you very much.

Paid express shipping to get a gift for a colleague going up the coast. It hasn't arrived five days later and delivery keeps getting pushed back. In response to my emails, they keep resending a stock standard supply saying during busy times, they can't guarantee express delivery. Yet they still charge for it....

Disappointed. I emailed f&f regarding a product I was not happy with. I received no reply. I don't think they care about their customers since they were sold last year. Will not go back.

Been over a year since first stumbled upon this Flora and Fauna online. Instanty converted me to a monthly customer as I was on a mission to eliminate unneccessary plastic products from my home. Shipping is quick and fast. Customers service responds friendly and fast. Stock refills could be faster, but also grateful to just have these options.

Have purchased numerous times, and never had a problem with service, products purchased or postage.
Such a variety of wonderful environmentally friendly items to choose from. Highly recommend.

This store is wonderful. Great principles, wrapping and care to their products. Fast turnaround and great customer service. I have purchased many times without any problems.

I love this store, not only do they stock an amazing selection of products, there customer service is amazing.
Had an issue with my order not showing up on my account so sent a message and received a reply in under 30 minutes.
In less than an hour it was all sorted and my products were shipped the following day.
I think quite a few companies need to take a leaf out of there book as in this day and age you need customers to survive.
If I could give them 100 star's I would.
Very happy with my experiences with them. Would highly recommend.

Been with these guys from the beginning and keep coming back to buy the well trusted brands I have grown to love and knowing that they are sourced with your heath and well being in mind. The items are eco friendly and a nice range of vegan items and packaging is minimal but still comes to you in one piece and not once have I had a bad experience the staff are lovely and if you ask a question you get a prompt reply.
Check out there seasonal box you can get some really nice full sized and sample items.

I have placed 2 orders with Flora & Fauna over the past 6 months.
Both times the orders arrived quickly, & contained everything I had ordered.
The product selection is good, & their prices are on par with other online companies.
I highly recommend them, & will place my 3rd order tonight.

I ordered a whole bunch of flavoured toothpaste (for my toddler) online. They sent it quick and easy and there was even a nice little note on the box when it arrived.
